Boats may be parked in a driveway on a temporary basis, not to exceed eight (8) hours for the purpose of loading, unloading, and cleaning. Trailers are not allowed to be stored on property. (City Ordinance Sec. 50-37)

Both offer a unique beach vacation experience, but the latter allows you to truly experience the island like a local, and spend your getaway relaxing like the elite residents of Marco Island do. 490 Pheasant is a gorgeous two-story home with a private pool and shaded lanai, three spacious bedrooms, and is just a mile from Marco Walk.
This home has recently undergone a complete renovation, giving each room a modern and sophisticated feel. When you pull up to the house, you’ll notice the lush landscaping, and its location in a quiet, affluent neighborhood. Tall swaying palm trees in the front whisper “Welcome Home!” and the private garage offers plenty of space to keep your belongings, paddle boards or wave runners. As you walk into the home, the grand entranceway welcomes you with tiled floors, soaring ceilings views of the backyard and pool area. A staircase leads you to the second floor, where you will find all of the living spaces and bedrooms. The first floor is dedicated to the laundry room (complete with full-size washer and dryer) the garage, and the outdoor entertainment area.
As you climb the stairs, you’ll be transported into a sophisticated and luxurious vacation retreat. The main living area is complete with contemporary hanging light fixtures, two ultra-plush couches, one a queen sleeper sofa, and neutral color area rugs and design elements. This roomy living area gives everyone in the home the perfect seat in front of the 55” TV.
The living room flows effortlessly into the gourmet kitchen. This recently upgraded kitchen is fully equipped with the most modern appliances to ensure cooking for your family is easy. Stainless steel appliances, tiled floors, modern light fixtures, K cup coffee maker, tiled countertops, custom cabinets, and a large sink come together to create a fully furnished kitchen that will accommodate the whole family. A large window above the sinks looks out over the water, and an extended countertop serves as a snack bar between the living room and kitchen. Grab a seat at on one of the high top tables, enjoy a snack and interact with family in the kitchen and living room at the same time.
There is a formal dining room directly off of the kitchen, overlooking the pool and dock. This space features a gorgeous glass top table and seating for six. This area is an ideal spot to enjoy dinner as a family and discuss your plans for the next day.
490 Pheasant has three bedrooms. The master suite is complete with high-end King size bed, with elegant wood headboard and matching dark wood nightstands. This spacious room has private access out to the second-floor balcony via a set of French Doors. Enjoy a cup of coffee and uninterrupted conversation out on the balcony in the morning, while keeping your eye out for wildlife in the channel! The private balcony has classic padded wicker furniture and gives guests a front row seat to all of the fun happening in the pool below. The master bathroom is more like a spa than a traditional bathroom! All of the new upgrades, including granite countertops, upscale decor, and gorgeous tiled walk-in shower provide a relaxing place to get ready for a brand new day exploring the island. The glass doors of the shower are beautifully etched with a subtle design a detail that brings the whole bathroom together.
The second bedroom features two twin size beds. This room has plenty of natural light and high-end linens that are perfect for kids or adults. There is a flat screen TV in this room, and it’s just steps from the family bathroom.
The third bedroom also has a flat-screen TV and features wood flooring, a Queen-size bed modern headboard with storage, and private bathroom. This bathroom has a shower/tub combo, recently upgraded with durable sliding glass doors. The beautiful vanity area has a large sink, decorative mirror, soft lighting and plenty of plush towels.
