Studioflat 1 is a 50 sqm independent unit located inside the Mediterranean garden of Residenza Su Prelau Residence, in the South West Coast of Sardinia few minutes away from a stunning sandy beach.

Perfect for couples seeking a quiet getaway in an unknown but spectacular corner of Sardinia..

Residenza Su Prelau Studioflat 1 is a self contained unit inside Residenza Su Prelau Residence. You have an indipendent entrance looking over an amazing Mediterranenan Garden, where you can enjoy your meals on the front area furnished with garden table and chairs.

If needed we can add a small bed or cot for children.

Residenza Su Prelau Studioflat 1 is situated just five min walking from the small town of Gonnesa and just three minutes drive from the striking beach of Plage e Mesu and not far from the beautiful coastline that leads to Masua and the stunning rock of Pan di Zucchero and Porto Pino is one of five beautiful sandy beaches within 30 min drive away.

Studioflat 1 is set within the picturesque and majestic mountains of the Sulcis region where there are plenty of opportunities for hiking, rock climbing and mountain bike riding.

Owners will be always at your disposal to give you advice about the best beaches or historical places to visit.

Cagliari seaport and airport are 45km away. Olbia, Golfo Aranci e Porto Torres seaport are about 300km away. We will provide you a map to reach us if you need it. We offer a free transfer from e to Iglesias and Carbonia train station (connection to Cagliari airport) Enquiry for train and bus timetable and other info about transport. We offer also a transfer service from and to Cagliari airport (enquiry for costs).

Interaction with guest

Our family lives on the property, we will hand you the keys and we will be available anytime to give you more info and suggestions about the best places to visit. In our property live also our 6 cats! They love cuddles!

Pets must be kept on a leash when outside the accommodation as the garden and outside facilities are shared with other guests. We require a damage deposit for your pets on arrival (50€ per pet) , that will be refounded on your check out day.
In our property live our 6 cats as well (they roam free) and our 3 dogs (they got their enclosed area)

Our room was comfortable but the hospitality and helpfullness of our hosts was very good indeed. This began even before we reached there, and got lost until they came and found us, and continued in their excellent recommendations about what to see, as well as their knowledge of and enthusiasm for Sardinia. Plus watching sunset on the roof with a reviving drink was fantastic. Thank you.

“good for touring around South-West Sardinia”

My husband and I stayed for few nights during our Sardinian tour. We stayed in the one-room flat but we had all comfort of a clean and nicely furnished flat with access to the large house garden - which was very good for our dog who stayed with us. Landlords were nice,very friendly and generous with their garden's products. From Gonnesa we enjoyed few one-day visits in south-western Sardinia, from Costa Verde to Costa del Sud, including San Pietro Island and without omitting a due visit to one of the many mines' sites of Sulcis area. Recommended for travellers.

Propriétaires très sympathiques, maisons individuelles très jolie, dans un très beau jardin avec des petites tonnelles pour chaque studios pour pouvoir manger à l'ombre... L'endroit est idéal pour rayonner dans la région, un petit supermarché est à 2 pas de la résidence. Fabien et Marion

vacanza con 2 bimbe piccole. posto confortevole, proprietari molto gentili. il posto va bene, ma è migliorabile. zona esterna non curatissima. arredo un pò limitato. qualche problema con la doccia (troppa acqua calda, bollente).

How do damage deposits work?

If Andrea (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
