Located in a Residence of 14 luxious furnished flats with sea view or hill view at 100 meters from the beaches of Golfe-Juan , 6 km from Cannes, 25 km from Nice and 50 km from Monaco.

At 5 minutes walk from the new port "Camille Rayon" with many restaurent and animations and the theater.

Very good holidays for beaches,sea sport and visit the area.

“Perfect for beach&sun”

The location in perfect - just near the wonderful sandy beach. The room in great enough for two people with everything needed (fridge, coffee maker, toaster). And very clean inside and outside. We had also a parking place inside the property. Thank You Jean Claude. If we ever come to Antibes we will sure stay here again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Jean-Claude (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
