The Edificio Aguamarina is located in the Golf del Sur Resort on the southern coast of Tenerife.

The apartments are situated in an outstanding location nestling directly on the coastline, with direct access to the coastal path way and at 100 m distance of a small pebble beach and a Marina; with easy access to two golf courses and within walking distance of local facilities.

It is in the most perfect location of Golf del Sur, surrounded by restaurants, clubs, souvenirs shops and supermarkets available at a walking distance, just across the road.

Fridays Market at 300 meters distance is opening from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

There is plenty to do in Tenerife including fishing, hiking, boat trips, water parks, animal parks and visits to sites of interest among other activities.

The Edificio Aguamarina is only 9,2 miles from the airport, so transfer times are kept to a minimum which is ideal if you're traveling with children

The apartment enjoys a nice side view of the ocean, of the marina and of the small pebble beach which is approx. 100 meters from the building.

The great pool area with ample sun beds and good sized heated adults' swimming pool and kids’ pool section with a big sunny terrace overlooks the stunning ocean.

The place provides an idyllic atmosphere and it is suitable for couples, families and golfers looking for wonderful accommodation to unwind near to the sea, with easy access to the golf courses, and to the variety of shops and lively nightlife.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

Cozy apartment with big terrace and Private Roof Top Solarium with incredible views.

It is an all day sunny Solarium, equipped with garden furniture, including dining table & chairs, wooden sofas and coffee table, sun beds & folding awning ; perfect for sunbathing, having lunch or dinner "al fresco".

The place provides an idyllic atmosphere for couples and families seeking an unwinding break.

The house is fully and beautifully furnished and equipped with all needed appliances such as : TV - DVD player - ceiling fan & standing fan - iron - hair dryer - wash machine - ceramic cooker - smoke extractor - oven - fridge and microwave.

With all necessary home appliances like: kettle - juicer - toaster - mixer and electric coffee pot , as well as crockery - glassware - cutlery and kitchenware.

Safety Deposit Box, WI FI connection and several English and International TV Channels are provided on complimentary basis.

The bedroom is equipped with two super comfortable single beds and ceiling fan; it has wide space to place an extra foldable bed and a crib.

Two guests sleep in the practically extensible sofa which provides an extra double bed.

Linen provided: Two bed sheets-kits per bed - two kits of towels per person, (with towels for hands, face & bath) - one beach towel per person - table cloth & tea towels. Linen refreshment is provided once a week.

Cleaning service during the stay is not included; available upon request; fees apply.

The apartment is in the 3rd floor; Lift available in the building.

This property has been legally registered in the TOURIST GENERAL REGISTRY of the Autonomous Community of the Canary after fulfilling all the requirements of the Canary Government.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Maria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
