Description

Just 10-15 minutes in a taxi from Tenerife Sur Airport, this spacious 3 double bedroom, 2 bathroom (1 ensuite) apartment is located in the prestigious Winter Gardens complex known for its large flood lit flat bowling green (bowls and shoes can be hired from the bowling reception) in the quiet resort of Golf del Sur.

The apartment comes with a separate kitchen, equipped with a cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. All bedrooms and the lounge have ceiling fans and WIFI. The lounge has a large flat TV with English channels. All towels and linen are included. The balcony is furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers. Whilst the apartment does have aircon in the master bedroom terms and conditions will apply.

The complex also offers a small pool with plenty of sun loungers (mats provided in the apartment) which is heated from September to June. The Bar and Bistro Restaurant overlooks the bowling green and offers Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at reasonable

Golf del Sur is a small resort surrounded by Golf Courses, across from the complex are a few restaurants and shops, further down the road is The Wild Geese pub, across the road and down the path leads to the sea front which offers a wide range of restaurants. A 15 minute walk (or short taxi ride) will take you to the more lively resort of San Blas, where you will find more bars and restaurants, nightly live music and a big supermarket. The nearby bus stop will take you to Los Cristianos, Los Abrigos and El Medano.

Ceiling fans and air conditioning should not be left on when unoccupied.

The water is very hard in Tenerife so we would appreciate it if you could squidgy the showers screens after each use.

If you block the toilets you will be liable for any charges incurred to unblock them.

On checkout the fridge must be empty and all rubbish removed from the apartment.

All damages must be paid for.
