The house is located in a small complex of 11 units next to the sea. This is unit number 02.

It is a little one storey apartment.

One of the main features of the house is that it is fully equipped with high-quality bed, gas grill and smart TV with Internet access and keyboard.

The bedroom has a double bed separated to the bathroom with sliding glass doors. In addition there is also a sofa bed in the living room for extra people, so the apartment is suitable for families up to 4 people. We can also provide you with a baby crib and chair (babies do not count as extra guests).

The master bedroom has a window overlooking the interior garden, gaining in light and ventilation.

The apartment is accessed through the small garden/terrace in the ground floor. This terrace has a dining table, chairs anda weber gas grill (one of our guests' favourite things).

The garden/terrace and the pool make it the perfect place to enjoy your days with friends or family.

In short, this is a house with large green spaces and one of the best swimming pools you can find on the island (with very little users all year long). The house is fully equipped and was designed by one of the best architects of the Canary Islands.

This small complex has two seawater swimming pools surrounded by a vast lawn area. The adult pool is heated at 23 ºC during the winter. The pool area also has communal showers and toilets.

According to the families who have already stayed with us, one of the most interesting features of the complex is that it is completely fenced and has no visual barriers, so those travelling with children can relax and have them under control at all times from the apartment.

We are two brothers who love our island, as well as welcoming and meeting our guests. This is the part we enjoy the most. On the day of your arrival, we will welcome you personally to show you around the house, explain how everything works and give you a map of the island with a list of restaurants, beaches and trails. Of course, we will also hand you the keys. If you are looking for something in particular and would like some information prior to your arrival, just let us know and we will be glad to help. We believe that, in order for you to have the best holidays possible, it is very important that you actually get to know the island. This is why we'll be sharing with you our experiences about Tenerife, so you can enjoy you holidays differently, just like a real local resident would do. You will also be able to reach us by phone in case you have any other question so we can help you as much as we can.

Getting a good night's sleep during the holidays is basic, so we have done our research about the mattresses used in luxury hotels and we can offer you amazing duvets and memory foam and synthetic pillows. All sheets are 100 % cotton.

We live in the north of the island, but we spend a lot of time working close to the apartment or enjoying the pool or the sea not far from there, so we will probably meet every once in a while.

We are two brothers born in the north of Tenerife already a few years ago :) As you can see, we rent a total of 14 houses and we have no intention of increasing that number. We want you to have the best holidays possible. That is why we are each responsible for a maximum of 7 houses, so we can assist you personally and not die trying :)

A good rest, good food, practising sports all year round, beaches, rock pools, trails, "lost" villages, restaurants, "guachinches", local festivals, peculiar people and places. We want you to enjoy all of it the same way we do.

Do not hesitate to contact us in case you have any other questions about the houses or Tenerife. We will be glad to help you have a wonderful holiday, no matter where you end up staying.

RULES: Simply treat the house as if it was your own and try to keep it down between 22:00-10:00. And most importantly, ENJOY as much as you can.

NEIGHBOURHOOD:

There is nothing better than waking up right in front of the SEA. The house is located in one of the best areas of the island, next to its largest GOLF course. It is located by the SEAFRONT, from which you will have direct access to UNSPOILT BATHING SITES. Walking towards the east along the seafront, in 10 minutes you will reach "Los Abrigos", a small FISHING VILLAGE. Walking towards the west, you will find several

unspoilt bathing sites, a MARINA and finally an old COASTAL HORSE TRAIL which, after 5 kilometres, leads to "Montaña Amarilla" and a MARINE PROTECTED AREA.

50 metres away, there is a small shopping centre with a few bars, restaurants, a 24-hour taxi rank, a supermarket that opens every day until 22:00, ATMs...

In Los Abrigos you will find a wide selection of RESTAURANTS, the FISH MARKET, banks and a pharmacy. Within a 5 minute drive, you can reach a shopping area next to the highway (Las Chafiras) that includes sport stores, golf stores, several supermarkets (Mercadona, Lidl, Hiperdino), McDonald's and a FARMERS MARKET (highly recommended). Further west, (passed Los Abrigos), there are some quiet small beaches and even a NATURAL ROCK POOL. 10 minutes away by car you will find TWO OF THE BEST BEACHES of Tenerife: "La Tejita" and "El Médano". The beach of "El Médano" is named

after the village where it is located, which, in our opinion, is one of the best places of the island. It offers a great sporty atmosphere thanks to the WIND SURF AND KITE SURF World Championships held every year.

The best way of moving around the island is renting a car. We will be glad to help you and recommend the best rental companies.

There is a 24-hour taxi rank 100 meters away and a bus stop 250 meters away. The local bus company has a mobile app that provides information on schedules and routes.
