Park Albatros is a thriving holiday complex with a wealth of facilities with everything you could ever need on hand. A 24 hour reception, daily activities, a pool bar and a restaurant with live acts at night all add to the lovely holiday atmosphere that Park Albatros holds. This one bedroom holiday apartment has two baconies one of which overlooks the pool and gets the morning and afternoon sun. Lounge and Kitchen: The lounge has a sofa bed and a dining table and chairs. Satellite t.v. and a DVD Player are provided for your entertainment as well as an electric fan to keep you cool.
In the kitchen there is a full size oven and hob, a washing machine, a microwave, a fridge, an electric kettle and a toaster.
Bedroom: The bedroom is furnished with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, cupdoard space and there is an iron and clothes dryer for your convenience. It also benefits from air conditioning.
Bathroom: The bathroom has recently been refurbished with a brand new walk in shower..
Balcony: The apartment has two balconies one which looks over the pool and offers a table & chairs and a clothes dryer.
Beverages & Linen: Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water provided on your arrival. Bath towels and linen are provided at the beginning of your stay.
Location: 10 minutes from Airport, 15 minutes to Los Cristianos and 20 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car).

The complex itself has two swimming pools, a lifeguard, 24 hour reception, bar, restaurant, kid´s play area, a laundrette and a supermarket. The pool is heated between November and April.

There are many places to visit and things to do, all close by. Some of them include Mount Teide, the aquapark with daily dolphin shows, and loroparque, a nature reserve.
Golf del Sur
A 100m from Parque Albatros are several shops and restaurants.
Also close by is a pleasant coastal walk which runs through to San Blas and Los Abrigos.
There is a marina within a 2 minute walk with excellent international restaurants.
1 mile away is San Blas village with a great variety of shops and restaurants, with daily entertainment in the main square.
There are banks, car hire, and exchange bureaus all within walking distance.
There are 2 golf courses in the area (Golf del Sur and Amarilla Golf)which are playable all year round.
Directly next door is Winter Gardens with luxury bowling greens, drinks, food and other entertainments.
Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas are 15-20 minutes away by car.

“Well equipped apartment lovely complex”
Have stayed at parque Albatros a few times in a different apartment. Was here for the new year and unfortunately complex taken over by a new company who have stopped food and entertainment in the bar by the pool, which is a shame. Hopefully they will listen to the complaints by many visitors and reinstate the food, even if it's only snacks during the day. Drinks and happy hour still available, with quiz or bingo at happy hour. Water gym on some days. The apartment was clean on arrival and kitchen well equipped. Plenty of towels too. The front balcony overlooking the pool didn't get sun due to being there in December but was nice if shade needed. The back balcony was smaller, leading from the bedroom had sun all day. It was nice to open the balcony doors whilst having a morning brew in bed! Yes the balcony looks onto the road, and as read in another review, we did not find it noisey, the road is a one way only and the traffic is minimal especially at night time, so did not find this an issue. Maybe the smaller balcony was short of a small side table to put our glasses on when having a drink instead of putting them on the low wall. We sat on here a lot when not by the pool or out and about. Because of the lack of sun on the larger balcony, it was just as easy to sit or lie on a sunbed by the pool. It's close enough and handy to nip back up to the apartment for a drink or snack. Less than a minute to get from the pool to the apartment. The complex is in a lovely location, close enough to the beautiful marina, mini supermarkets, bars and restaurants, and a lovely 15 minute costal walk to San blas. Regular buses to christionos, and el Medano, bus stops at top road from reception. Free WiFi in reception, if you need it on holiday!! But also available in many taverners, and the Wild Geese Irish bar. (A good excuse for making use of their happy hour 5-7 ) Have booked for 4 weeks next January, and looking forward to going back, this booking was so easy and pleasant and good communication from the owner. Thank you.

I take your point about having a small table on the back balcony. For years we've been balancing our drinks on the wall. Also we'll be having wifi installed in the apartment soon. “Upgrading in apartments”
Apartment was a cheap price. There are a mixture of private and hotel owned apartments. The hotel is updating rooms at the moment and notices are desplayed to warn you of noise Monday to Friday 10 till 6 pm. There is no food or entertainment in the hotel you need to go to the sister hotel Golf Plaz next door. Wi- if is in reception which involves climbing lots of steps as the complex is very hilly. The grounds and pool are well maintained. The apartment I rented does not have sun on the main balcony at this time of year Jan/ Feb. The smaller balcony was sunny but overlooks a car park with a sea view in the distance. Take ear plugs if you want to sleep as the bedroom is on the same side as the small balcony which has a road and is noisy at night. Air conditioning has to be paid for by a coin operated meter. The bathroom and kitchen have been updated. Sun loungers were dirty with only one dirty cushion and need to be updated. The owner was very good at solving a problem with the broken washer.
Stayed for a month with my too daughters had a fantastic time Rhian was very helpful apartment was very clean & modern hope to go back next year!

“Great resort. great holiday. great value”
The booking was very easy. The owner was really helpful. All the information was easy to understand. The resort is very good. Only 10 minutes from airport.Accommodation was just what we wanted. We found this apartment 230 online. It looked lovely in the picture. It was as it looked on the picture. Everything you needed for a holiday in the sun was there. Two very nice balcony's one a smaller one and one that looked out over the pool. I spent most of my time sat on that one as I smoke. When we arrived it was spotless, lovely and clean. For a very cheap self catering holiday I would recommend this apartment. I do a lot of self catering holidays and this one beats them all. I did my washing whilst I was there, which made it easier for when I got home. This apartment is a credit to the owner. We were supplied with tea and coffee and milk also bread when we arrived. which was such a nice welcome to be able to have a drink when you arrive, before exploring the area.
Very well equipped apartment with everything you could need for a really comfortable stay. This was our second stay at the complex which is really convenient for the 2 golf courses at the resort.
“Excellent value for money”
Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spotlessley clean on arrival. Very spacious too for a one bedroomed one. Two balconies. Nice views. Everything provided for a great holiday at what we thought was a reasonable price too. Convenient for bus stop and some great restaurants and the Wild Geese Irish bar was great. Good food, generous measures and great entertainment. Would certainly visit this apartment again.
We stayed in this apartment for 4 weeks in January. It was in a great location and within easy walking distance of all local bars restaurants etc. The apartment was well equipped and very clean and with the added bonus of 2 balconies, one which caught the sun all day. Pool and complex immaculate.
Location was excellent . Apartment was extremely clean and perfect for all our needs. Site facilities was also on par,which included restaurant, bar,entertainment. Location to off site entertainment / supermarkets etc was in extreme close proximity. Written guidelines from owners were excellent. Would certainly reccommend and plan to book again.
