This detached villa is brand new, and has only just entered the rental market.

Set in a quiet area, yet with all amenities within close walking distance, this villa is well appointed throughout.

The villa has Wi-Fi and satellite TV.

On the ground floor there is a lovely new modern kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, integrated oven and microwave.

There is a lovely open plan living area with sofa, armchair and satellite TV.

There is a bedroom on this floor with double bed, and a separate bathroom.

On the first floor there is a master bedroom, with double bed and ensuite shower room.

Patio doors lead from here to the balcony.

There are two further twin bedrooms bedrooms on this floor, serviced by a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

Accessed by stairs from the landing, there is wonderful private roof terrace offering all day sun and panoramic sea, golf course and mountain views.

The property has its own private heated pool. The pool is 5.2m x 2.5m and is 1.4m deep. Surrounding the pool are plenty of sun beds, plus a table and chairs for al fresco dining!

The villa has a safe in the bedroom, and one in the lounge.

Location

10 minutes from Airport, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and 15 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car).

The Resort:

Amarilla Golf is a thriving holiday resort. Within walking distance of the villa there are bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Less than a 10 minute stroll along the coast will bring you to the new marina where there are some lovely sea front restaurants, bars and shops. The main resort centre Golf del Sur is just a couple of minutes drive away (Or 20 minutes walk) and here there are plenty more bars, restaurants and shops with nightly entertainment in the main square.

Golf Del Sur has an excellent medical centre / pharmacy.

Major attractions such as Siam Park and Jungle Park are within a 20 minute drive. Transport to these attractions is available from the resort. There are many local taxis and we can also supply hire cars through a firm that has an office just 10 minutes walk away.

Los Cristianos is a 15 minute drive away and here you will find golden sandy beaches and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife before you return back to the relative peace of your wonderful villa.

This apartment is managed by a local management company. Their contact details will be sent to you when you book. Many people book, reassured in the knowledge that they are close by.

Car Hire and Airport transfers can be provided.

We appreciate all reviews and where appropriate we will always used customer feedback to improve our service the standard of the villas we provide. However on this occasion we have to dismiss your review. As nothing is factually correct at all. There is some temporary building work going on next to the villa (it will be finished in June 2021). You were told about this in advance and offered the opportunity to move - you declined. When you arrived you contacted us and said the vacuum cleaner did not work and that the were some dust under the stairs. We immediately purchased a new vacuum cleaner and delivered it to you. We arrived with our cleaners and asked if you needed any further cleaning. You declined our offer. Apart from that we did not hear from you at all during your stay. I did email you to see how you were but you did not reply. It is rather ironic that you asked for a new vacuum cleaner but then clearly never used it. The villa was left in a horrible state and was very dirty. One of the worst we have seen. We know that it is a lovely villa. Every customer before you (from many different websites) have rated the villa very highly. It is 3 years old. Very modern. Very well maintained. Has lovely views and a very pleasant heated pool. Even if the villa was not to your liking there is absolutely no way anyone can rate it as 1 star! That just means that straight away your review loses any credibility at all. People can see from the photographs how lovely and modern the villa is so rating it as 1 star is simply not realistic and future clients reading the review will be able to see straight through it. Especially as we are confident that after this little bit of nearby building work is finished (June) that all future reviews will rate the villa as the lovely property it is. We hope that many people come and visit the villa and have a lovely time. All of our clients can also be guaranteed the best customer service possible.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
