Luxury townhouse currently undergoing a major reform located in a peaceful top quality community steps from the best beach on the coast in the heart of Marbella's ultra-exclusive Golden Mile. From here you can walk to Marbella with its beautiful walled old town that boastsor Puerto Banús, and a host of shops, super markets and some excellent restaurants.

Casa Stefania is a superbly well appointed townhouse in the exclusive beachside community of Marbellamar situated on Casablanca Beach which is regarded as the best in the area. Set in the heart of Marbella’s famous and excdluive Golden Mile regarded as one of the most exclusive areas in the whole of Europe. Casa Stefania sleeps ten and provides luxurious and well equipped accommodation and facilities. The will have everything you could need; modern Travertine marble bathrooms, power showers, cotton sheets and towels and much more besides. Our guests can enjoy comfortable indoor and outdoor seating in both sun and shade from the lower and upper terraces.

Nothing is off limits in Casa Stefania, guests have the run of the whole of the house, from the superb roof terrace (which is a sun trap and has great sea views) with its comfortable seating and sun loungers, bar and BBQ through to the lower terrace with its formal and informal dining facilities. There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, hob and microwave, it even has a Nespresso machine!!

The property is managed on behalf of the owners by Finest Rentals. We are a family business with great reviews across a wide range of holiday rental portals so guests are assured of top quality service and an excellent experience.

For those seeking active leisure pursuits there is a host of activities on offer ranging from water sports, cable ski, para-sending, wind and kite surfing, dolphin safaris and boat charters through to horse riding and of course golf which you can play on any one of the dozens of excellent courses on the coast. There is something for everybody and guests at Casa Stefania have use of the private community swimming pool (open in the warmer months only) and tennis and paddle courts.

Casa Stefania is within five hundred meters of both the world famous Marbella Club and its sister hotel the Puente Romano Spa with its Plaza boasting three excellent Michelin starred restaurants. If less formal dining is required there are several dozen excellent restraunts within a few hundred meters of the front door although Marbella and Puerto banus are also within very easy reach. Guests are quite simply spoilt for choice when it comes to local restaurants and amenities.

We provide fast and free 5G Wifi with speeds of up to 500mb and unlimited downloads. Guests have the choice of over One thousand TV Channels in almost every language including English, Swedish, French and Russian and included is BT Sports, Sky Movies and all the Sky Sports channels; there is also an enormous selection of free movies and box sets.

As one would expect with a property of this quality, there is air-conditioning throughout. We provide a weekly maid service and linen change but for those that require a daily or more regular service or a cook/housekeeper then this can be provided for an additional charge.

Guests staying for more than a week will be entitled to a free clean and mid-stay towel and bed linen change. By prior arrangement, and at an additional cost this can be arranged more frequently if required. We can also provide maid's service and arrange catering for you in the property. One of our team will always personally check you in and out and will be on hand if you need anything (we all live nearby) but otherwise we will leave you alone to enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet.

16th June - 15th September: 11am - 9pm

16th September- 15th October: 11am - 7pm

We don't have many rules, we want you to have a great time but it is a legal requirement that we register all guests so we have to have your passport details. Please treat the property and neighbours as you would like others to treat you and your home. The house manual contains a set of community rules which we ask you to please read and observe. Please bring inside any outdoor cushions if it looks like it will rain, and also please do not smoke anywhere inside the property or bring any pets.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
