Welcome to just renovated apartment in Las Canas Beach urbanization. An exclusive seafront setting for relaxed Marbella elegance on one of the finest sweeps of sun-splashed beach in the area, minutes from challenging golf, incredible shopping and endless diversions on land or sea. Las Canas Beach Apartment is luxury five star standard and surrounded by lush tropical gardens.

Located directly on the Golden Mile between Marbella and Puerto Banus and right beside the very exclusive Marbella Club Hotel - this is definitely the best address in the Costa del Sol. Just few meters from the Beach and walking distance to at least 15 restaurants each one better then the last, it is highly recommended to stay at Las Canas Beach. In addition you fill find two very large supermarkets just across the road together with some of the most exclusive shops in the area just a short stroll away. Of course if you feel like going further afield, the fabulous port of Puerto Banus with its amazing Yachts and shops is just 3 km's away and the cosmopolitan and very exclusive town of Marbella just 2 km away.

Tastefully this year decorated apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, spacious entrance and lounge, fully fitted open kitchen, covered terrace (glass curtains) approx. 20 m2 with mountain and sea views. Also includes a private parking space in the communal garage.

The secure gated urbanization provides 24 hour security, 3 pools, 1 childrens' pool and sun beds in the beautiful tropical gardens. Direct access to the beach.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Triin (the owner) a message.

If Triin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
