A 3 bedroom apartment, one king with en-suite with shower and bath and a twin with sliding doors leading to its own private terrace with a table and 2 chairs. There is a second family bathroom with bath and shower. Both bathrooms are finished in full marble with underfloor heating. Relax in a large lounge/diner with a TV and DVD player leading to a private terrace with large table and 4 chairs overlooking the lovely pool and sub tropical gardens. The well equipped kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is an adjoining utility room with a washing machine.

The community is peaceful secure and gated with 24 hour manned security who are happy to help with taxis etc. The apartment benefits from secure underground parking with lift access although parking outside isn't a problem.

The beautiful pool has a shallow area for children and there are sun loungers to relax on and enjoy the 320 days of sunshine the Costa del Sol offers.

The apartment is a few minutes gentle stroll to one of the best beaches on the coast where there are numerous excellent and well priced restaurants, bars and beach clubs.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol enjoys a warm climate and is sunny all year round. There are many interesting towns and historical sites throughout the region. Ronda, Granada, Jerez de la Frontera and Cadiz are all worth a visit and are about 2 to 3 hours drive away.

Golden Mile

Marbella has a unique old town with cobbled streets, interesting shops and old historic churches. For children there is the water park at nearby Fuengirola and the animal safari at Selwo Hills. One of the jewels of the Costa del Sol is the beautiful little village of Mijas, which nestles comfortably in the mountainside at 428 meters above sea level; it is a superb choice for a visit and not too far away from Marbella.
No visit to this area would be complete without a visit to Puerto Banus, check out the fantastic yachts and exclusive shopping near the harbour.
