A converted water mill dating back to the 17th century.
Nestled in acres of woodland, the location alone is stunningly beautiful.

The house has been extensively refurbished very recently. There are seven bedrooms and five bathrooms, three of which are ensuite. The house can accommodate a maximum of 16. With a conservatory patio and barbeque Terrace, there are plenty of places to sit and enjoy the view.

There is also a delightful self contained two bed roomed wooden lodge that sits on the edge of the forest at the far end of the creek. This can be booked separately, or together with the main house and can accommodate up to five.

“Great Christmas Family Week Away in Cornwall”

Reviewed 27 Mar 2016

Large comfortable, warm, clean and tidy house; very suitable for our extended international family get together over Christmas week in 2015. In quiet, picturesque location on River Fowey near Golant. Many thanks to Ruth for helping to make our Christmas memorable, particularly for arranging all the food and drink (lots of it) for the week to be delivered and at Old Sawmills awaiting our arrival.
