Cosy, clean room with en-suite bathroom and a balcony with a view to die for over the sea! Part of a brand new top floor attic style maisonette flat. Based in one of the best areas in Athens, in a quiet neighbourhood in the Southern suburbs.

The flat is a penthouse maisonette accessed by elevator and the room is located on the top floor with an uninterrupted stunning view to the sea via a large private balcony. The room also has its own en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower. Being a maisonette flat the room offers a real sense of privacy from the rest of the flat with its own bathroom and balcony. The rest of the areas like the living room, kitchen, dining room etc are shared and are based on the ground floor of the maisonette. Please note that I am also living in the flat with my partner.

Getting around

There are buses on the main street (5 minutes by foot from the flat) that can take you to the nearest tube station and from there down town Athens. It takes around 25 minutes to travel down town by tube. You can also switch buses that can take you towards the beach or the summer clubs along the coastline which is about 20 minutes. There is also lots of free parking space right outside the flat in case anyone rents a car or bike. The neighbourhood is very safe.

Interaction with guest

I will be present to welcome you at the apartment, hand over the keys and show you around the house. Upon your checkout just leave the keys on the dining table and close the door behind you. I will be available most of the time for a nice chat and to provide any kind of information that might be needed. I can be contacted by mobile but please bear in mind that I also need to work during the day :) Once the booking is confirmed you can get my mobile number and then contact me via sms, Viber, Whats App, Telegram, etc. for instant communication.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
