The modern, premium specification of the apartment includes a fully fitted kitchen designed by Paula Rosa, integrated Zanussi appliances and a large modern shower in the main bedroom en suite. The bathrooms contain heated towel rails and feature modern style Porcelanosa tiles, tapware and sanitaryware.
A total of 605sq ft in size, the apartment contains two double bedrooms. The main bedroom contains a King-size bed and has an en suite bathroom featuring a large modern style shower. The second bedroom also contains a King-size bed and the main bathroom enjoys a large (1800 x 800) bath with shower over the bath. The Lock Apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the Lock Warehouse, a recently converted and restored former Victorian Grain Warehouse. There is also a newly opened 6 screen Cinema (including 3D) and a 24 hour Gym within the Quays complex. The gym can be used on a day-to-day basis for a small fee without any need for membership.
Access to the common areas of the Lock Warehouse is via a key or code, assuring security. The building also has a video entry system for entry by visitors. There is allocated parking at a secure area a short walk from the building which is for the exclusive use of the Lock Warehouse. There is also a loading bay just outside of the building where you can park for a short period in order to load and unload.

The Cotswolds region
Situated in one of most beautiful counties in the country, Gloucester has a great deal to offer both the rural hiker and most cosmopolitan city dweller. It encompasses the enviable position of being close to several areas of natural beauty as well as within an easy train journey of Bath Spa, Cheltenham and Worcester.
If you walk a little further into the City you will find other delights such as St James City Farm (http://www.stjamescityfarm.co.uk/), the lovely Beatrix Potter Museum The Tailor of Gloucester (http://www.tailor-of-gloucester.org.uk/) and of course the astounding and superb Gloucester Cathedral - resting place of Edward II and backdrop to both Doctor Who and Harry Potter. Did you als know that Gloucestershire is what J.R.R Tolkien based 'The Shire' on in the Hobbit and The Lord of The Rings?
There are festivals and events throughout the year, from wonderful summer food fairs and the Tall Ships Festival (which you can almost feel like an extra from Pirates of the Caribbean) to the sumptuous Victorian Market which is full of Victorian delights and actors – watch out for Fagin and his gang!
