“Chill Out Escape”

Reviewed 29 Dec 2016

Beautifully presented lodge in a well maintained park. Fully equipped with everything you need for a short holiday. Our 2 dogs enjoyed walks along the riverbank nearby. Unfortunately there was a problem with the main door not locking. The owners came right away to try and resolve the problem and even offered us an extra night at one of their other lodges. Brian and Debbie are a lovely friendly couple who are eager to make sure you enjoy your stay. Brian showed us around the lodge and even left a bottle of wine, chocolates and milk, which was very much appreciated. There is also tea, coffee and sugar. Auchterarder itself has plenty shops offering everything you could need. There are cafes and plenty other places to eat if you don't fancy cooking. We also enjoyed a long walk which runs down behind the main Street called Jubilee Walk.

Thanks for the great review and glad you enjoyed your stay can only apologise for the door, which has now been repaired.
