The house is architect designed and benefits from all modern amenities. It is fully centrally heated and luxuriously appointed. Each of the three bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom. There are two double bedrooms upstairs and a twin bedroom downstairs; the large lounge also offers a very comfortable sofa bed. Each bedroom looks out only onto woodland and fields, with an abundance of red squirrels, deer and birds. Downstairs the sociable open plan layout offers a large dining area for 8, an even larger lounge area with flat screen TV, and a perfect, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.

The lodge overlooks woodland and fields and is in the quietest location in this family spa resort. Directly outside the lodge you can enjoy the terrace and table for drinks or al fresco dining.
The Lodge at Gleneagles is set in twenty-seven acres of parklands and is surrounded by some of the most spectacular and picturesque landscapes of Perthshire. Located in the heart of Scotland, the mountains, glens, lochs, and rivers – all easily accessible to our guests – create dramatic and breathtaking views. Gleneagles Lodge, whilst secluded, is conveniently located just one mile from the A9 making it easy to access from all directions. Edinburgh and Glasgow are both within an hour's drive (either to the cities or their airports), and Perth is just fifteen minutes away. Gleneagles railway station is only a short drive from the Lodge.
As well as having the freedom to cook for yourselves and family, you can also enjoy the hotel's wonderful restaurant, family bar and garden, or the café located in the leisure centre. The elegant wood-panelled lounge bar is a cosy and comfortable meeting place, with an open log fire where guests gather prior to dinner or enjoy a drink with family or friends, and has a fine selection of beers, wines, and spirits from the well-stocked cellar. There is family entertainment in the bar most evenings, ranging from traditional folk singing, scary tales of Scottish folklore or family quiz nights. At lunchtimes and evenings you can enjoy really excellent bar food, or eat in the award winning restaurant.
Complimentary WIFI access is available in the hotel and the leisure centre.
Guests at the lodge have complimentary use of the extremely well equipped Leisure Centre and Spa. Facilities include a large heated indoor swimming pool with adjacent children's pool, a Jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna as well as a fully equipped and air-conditioned gym. "Perfect location and facilities for family break"
We travelled to Duchally Lodge for my 60th birthday celebrations. There were three generations, so with three large bedrooms and three bathrooms everyone had their own space. Living accommodation is stylish and homely, with really comfortable beds and everything you could wish for in the kitchen. The leisure centre was the icing on the cake for everyone with gym for the energetic, pool for the kids and steam room and jacuzzi for a chill out. The estate is beautifully maintained. We saw red squirrels, pheasants, baby lambs - just a lovely spot. We all wished we could have stayed longer. Booking process was so easy. We even had a Tesco delivery which arrived just as we did. Hotel staff were very helpful and we had a super meal on the Saturday night.
