Beautifully appointed, architect designed, private FIRST FLOOR apartment. Very modern, and spotlessly clean

Adjacent to family home in leafy Glen Iris, an inner city MELBOURNE suburb.

Private entrance; plenty of well lit car parking available. CCTV on carpark, and throughout property.

2 bedrooms, one with queen bed, plenty of storage space. 2nd with two single beds.(extra charge pp for guests 3,4)

Facilities include kitchen with full size fridge, oven, microwave etc. TV, DVD player, heating and aircon.

Use of plunge pool and BBQ. Private Nth facing balcony overlooks pool and private tropical garden.

Tea and coffee provided. Other kitchen basics supplied

Nearby major shopping centers, restaurants, coffee shops and markets.

We have lived in the local area, and Melbourne all our lives, and would be more than happy to share our knowledge with our guests. Places to visit, local restaurants and trips out of Melbourne is all part of what we have information on. Happy to chat and interact, or leave our guest to their privacy, whatever their choice. We live on the property, & always available, even if it is just a phone call while out and about, and you need to know something, or get lost. We have travelled extensively, and know the value of having someone who knows the area, know how travel systems work and just be able to talk about planning sightseeing. We've been helped many times, and would be glad to be that helpful person for our guests when they arrive here..

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Graeme (the owner) a message.

If Graeme (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
