A luxurious industrial loft style conversion purpose built for you to celebrate, holiday or enjoy time away with friends. The Pictureworks is specifically designed with everything you could need for a fantastic break. Enjoy your own private spa room (vaulted steam room, sauna, bucket shower and relaxing heated seats) and private outdoor hot tub. Swim or relax by the heated pool in a walled garden (May to Sept) ... 28 degrees in summer. There are two huge tables , one inside and one outside which both seat 16 people and you can open up the four huge bi-folds (45ft in total) to get a truly inside/outside experience. Enjoy surround sound from the Sonos music system, play pool and table football in the huge entertainment area or relax on the squidgy sofas. Walk across countryside to the local pubs, cook in the fully equipped kitchen and eat around the huge table or arrange a part or fully catered package. Google "Tobooka" to find all the great things you can organise during your stay from a chef to a massage or axe throwing and archery or cider and wine tasting. Enjoy a great nights sleep with our super comfy beds and top end linen, all bedrooms are ensuite and can be configured to suit any combination of super kings or singles to work for your group.

Getting around

There are buses to local towns such as Taunton, Street, Wells and Yeovil. You can walk to the local village with shop and pub and there are lots of footpaths from the house.

We welcome you when you arrive and are always available if you need us. But if you don't need us then you wont see us. We check the hot tubs and pool discretely several times a day to make sure they are always in tip top condition.We have a partner company that can help you plan and organise your stay, from catering to activities , a trip to the pub or pampering. whatever you would like to do.

“Worth every penny!”

Booked this amazing villa as a surprise for my partners birthday!, The building is absolutely amazing!! Even better than the pictures. We stayed here for a weekend and hardly left because it has everything you could need!, beautiful area and only a 5 minute drive from shops. Was worth every single penny. By far the best get away I've ever been on and regret not booking some extra days. The owners are very helpful and on the lead up to our stay helped me with anything I needed and gave loads of helpful information.Will absolutely be looking into going here again in the future,

We stayed here with a large group of friends celebrating a reunion and it was a wonderful weekend! the interior of the building is very chic and carefully designed, with a great eye for detail. We spent the days in the sun in the hot tub, using the private spa and having dinners around the massive table. This place is ideal is you have a big group as all of you can be easily accommodated. There was never an issue for sleeping due to the ample bedrooms (and very comfy beds!) Bonus, we even had a massage therapist visit one of the afternoons, organised through the hosts, which was very relaxing!

How do damage deposits work?
