Greenhill House Studio is a unique open-plan conversion within a large Georgian house, conveniently situated just off Magdalene Street and a short stroll from the famous Abbey and bustling High Street.
It provides a secure and private base from which to explore the town and further afield, and with its own entrance you can come and go as you please. The owners live in the main part of the house, and are more than happy to help with any queries you may have during your stay.
The apartment is accessed through a pretty south-west facing garden, where guests are welcome to sit. With high walls, and beautifully planted, the garden is a special place to unwind after a busy day sight-seeing. Secure parking is available within the gated garden.

A well equipped holiday retreat in a central location for easy access to all that Glastonbury has to offer. We were welcomed by Cathie & Max, Michael was hiding behind a mountain of beautiful sandwiches that Cathie had prepared for our afternoon tea (thank you both so much). Cathie and Michael have thought of everything to make your holiday one to remember. We will be back!!

“JUST LOVE IT!!!!!!!”
Cathie and Michael and of course four- legged Max give you the warmest welcome you can imagine - followed by a most delicious afternoon tea waiting for you in your studio apartment. A few steps lead down to the apartment which is beautifully furnished, the kitchen well equipped, the bathroom huge - with lots of bits and pieces you might have forgotten to pack - from soap, body lotion, bubble bath to Q tips etc. The bedroom part has a huge comfortable double bed. There is a small garden at the front which you are welcome to use - the swing is a delight. The location of this delightful place could not be better - almost opposite the Abbey, i.e. right in the centre of Glastonbury, however, it is very quiet as it is down a small side road and does not face the road. Can't wait to be back there.

“Exceptional hosts, accommodation and place.”
From the moment we pulled up we felt so welcome. The hosts made us feel as though we were being welcomed home. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. We arrived to a selection of sandwiches and teas which was a perfect touch after a long drive. We will be booking again :)

“First class 'dungeon' euhm cellar in the heart of Glastonbury in perfect peace”
The Landdog, -Lord and -Lady are very friendly. The cellar appartment (only to be called studio because of open plan outlook) is huge, comfortable, luxurious, and the bathroom is to die for!. good bed with perfect mattress. kitchen with inductionplate (instructions available if you never used it) and a comby-microwave. If you are afraid of low ceilings you might have a small problem as I was able to touch the ceiling, but for me that was no problem and I loved the vaulted ceilings.

“A fabulous stay, first class”
We were warmly welcomed by our hosts on arrival and our stay just continued to get better throughout. A lovely afternoon tea was served on our first day. The accommodation was great, very clean, cosy and to a high standard. The location was fab, central Glastonbury, but in its own little haven of peace and quiet. The private parking was really handy. Overall, a great stay, we hope to visit again!

Greenhill House Studio is a little gem of a place situated just across the road from Glastonbury Abbey in the heart of the town. It provides the 'best of both worlds' as it's a short stroll to the shops & pubs yet provides a very quiet and private retreat. It is well appointed with ample cooking facilities (Morrisons 2 minutes walk), flat screen TV, WI-FI and a wonderful luxury bathroom. Judy is a charming, friendly host and really provides a genuine welcome which makes you feel immediately at home. The studio is fantastic value for money...stay there - you won't be disappointed!!
“A little gem in the centre of Glastonbury”
My wife and I recently spent 3 nights at the Greenhill House Studio in Glastonbury. Overall it was a lovely place to stay - and the weather was pretty good as well! The owners Judy and Graham are both very friendly and happy to help, and the building itself is a real surprise too. It is located just off the main road into the town centre, so everything is within 5-10min walk whilst in a quiet location as well. The Tor could be reached in 30-40min by foot as well depending on your speed, although there is a useful bus service which can be caught approx 2min walk from the flat. The studio is massive to be honest! It is very well furnished and has three distinct areas; the lounge/diner, kitchen and bedroom area. The bathroom was excellent too and had both a fitted shower and bath. You also have an excellent view out onto the gardens as well which makes for a nice relaxing time. In terms of the self-catering part of the stay, there were lots of options available nearby. Plenty of cafes and restaurants are within 5min walk, and there's also a Morrisons supermarket just round the corner if you want to rattle stuff up yourself. We would definitely recommend this place and look forward to being able to visit again in the future!

everthing in the studio of a high standard , bathroom large and top quality a treat to use, we loved the vaulted ceilings , use of the owners pretty garden . secure parking, central postion for abbey Tor etc.
