Mirror, hairdryer and ironing board are left in the bedroom for guest use. We can offer an additional folding bed by arrangement/fee for one extra guest in the large living area.A very sizable bathroom has a modern suite with bath with shower over. There is plenty of space for personal items. Luxury hand and bath soap are provided complimentary as well as fresh towels.The living area and adjoining kitchen are larger than average for this location. A beautiful dining table and seating for 4 persons provides more than enough room to eat in the apartment or space to work or perhaps play some board games. A chic black sofa and armchair are both comfortable and contemporary and will give you enough space for everyone to relax and sit back. Large screen digital TV, DVD player and Ipod connection are also available. The large windows provide a bird's eye view of Union Street and offer guests a great spot to watch the world go by. Complimentary Wifi is included within the price.

Check-in is from 2.30pm - 8pm. Keys may be collected from our office at 59 James Watt Street, Glasgow, G2 8NF on the day of arrival from 12pm - 5pm. Alternatively if this is not possible we can meet you at the property address at an agreed time. Check-in between 8pm and 12 midnight is possible for a fee of £30.00 and can be arranged after the booking is made.

Check-out is by 10.30am. Late check-out until 12pm may be arranged for a fee of £25.00 after the booking is made.

Please note that we do not accept stag/hen or any other party events in the property. All guests should be > 25 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

The location is within 300meters of both Glasgow and Queen Street Stations. Buchanan Street shopping precinct could not be any closer (100m).

You won't need a taxi if staying in this apartment. You are on the doorstep of the best shops, bars, restaurants, venues that Glasgow has to offer including The Royal Concert Hall, Gallery of Modern Art, George Square, the Theatre Royal and lost more. There are a few on-street parking spaces and some disabled parking spaces, but if you need parking there are plenty of multi-storey car parks available within a few minutes walking distance. NCP Mitchell Street is just 50 metres from the building. Alternatively we can provide discount vouchers for two car parks that we can recommend (Concert Square on Cowcaddens Rd or Cadogan Square on Douglas Street) the charge is £5.50 per stay up to 24 hrs. Therefore if you leave your car continuously for 72hrs the charge is £16.50.
