The Metropole apartment lies on the banks of the River Clyde with stunning views across the River to the south. The location is extremely central to the main shopping street and close to Glasgow Central train station.The building has security entry, an elevator or stairs to reach the apartments, plus there is a private parking space for one car. The apartment is very spacious and in addition to the main rooms of the house includes a small study and a separate utility room with washer/dryer facilities.The hallway has a large chest of drawers plus integrated wardrobes with plenty of storage. there are two double bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom.Both bedrooms enjoy views onto St. Andrews Cathedral. The main bathroom has both a shower and separate bath tub. The study includes a desk and chair and some additonal storage shelves.The open plan living area, has a large L-shaped leather sofa and an additonal arm chair. The sliding windows

There is a large flat screen TV, cable channels, DVD and music system. Wifi is complimentary throughout the apartment.The kitchen is adjoined to the main living area and includes all modern amenities - gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and all other necessary equipment and utensils for home cooking.This is a great place to stay for families but also business travellers and is both spacious and well equipped

Check-in is from 2.30pm - 8pm. Keys may be collected from our office at 59 James Watt Street, Glasgow, G2 8NF on the day of arrival from 12pm - 5pm. Alternatively if this is not possible we can meet you at the property address at an agreed time. Check-in between 8pm and 12 midnight is possible for a fee of £30.00 and can be arranged after the booking is made.

Check-out is by 10.30am. Late check-out until 12pm may be arranged for a fee of £25.00 after the booking is made.

Please note that we do not accept stag/hen or any other party events in the property. All guests should be > 25 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Clyde Street lies to the south of the City Centre and is perfectly positioned to enjoy the views over the famous River Clyde. Once a hub of industrial activity, in recent years a massive regeneration of the area has given way to recreational projects and residential buildings such as the Glasgow Science Centre, Glasgow Harbour development and the new Hydro arena, all of which are easily reachable from the walkways along the river banks.

In addition to this, Metropole is nestled nicely between the Merchant City district and the main shopping centres such as Buchanan Street and Princes Square. You will definitely be within walking distance of all City Centre attractions and amenities.

“Excellent city centre apartment”

Great location, comfortable apartment. Just slightly tricky to find the right door in the basement garage - when you get the wrong one, you end up in the wrong block of flats!
