Secure underground parking for one car is included in the price.This spacious duplex apartment has been furnished to an excellent standard. The lower level comprises of entrance hallway, main bathroom, plus a twin bedroom and storage facilities.Stairs lead to the upper part of this apartment where the main rooms can be found. The master bedroom includes walk-in wardrobe leading to an en suite shower room. The living room is spacious and light on account of the large south facing windows. The wooden dining table can seat 6 persons easily and there is plenty of sofa seating to enjoy the large flat screen TV and DVD

The upper hallway has further storage cupboards for other items provided such as an iron & board.The kitchen is adjoined to the living area and includes all modern integrated facilities such as washing machine and dishwasher. The cupboards contain plates, glasses, cutlery and everything you would need to cater for home cooking. Gas Central heating will ensure warm and comfortable stay, with instant hot water at all times. Our guests are provided with luxury towels & bed linen during changed weekly for longer stays.

Check-in is from 2.30pm - 8pm. Keys may be collected from our office at 59 James Watt Street, Glasgow, G2 8NF on the day of arrival from 12pm - 5pm. Alternatively if this is not possible we can meet you at the property address at an agreed time. Check-in between 8pm and 12 midnight is possible for a fee of £30.00 and can be arranged after the booking is made.

Check-out is by 10.30am. Late check-out until 12pm may be arranged for a fee of £25.00 after the booking is made.

Please note that we do not accept stag/hen or any other party events in the property. All guests should be > 25 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

The apartment is around 500m to Glasgow's main Shopping Centre - The Buchanan Galleries and a host of fantastic Theatres and restaurants. The apartment can be easily accessed by car from the M8 motorway Junction 17, by Bus at Buchanan Bus Station or by train to Central Station (0.9km) or Queen St. Station (0.7km). There are plenty of supermarket options close to the apartment and the UCI cinema complex is just a few steps away.
