Situated in the South Side of Glasgow in Cathcart, this fully renovated apartment provides peace and quiet and comfort for guests.
The apartment has been extensively renovated to a very high standard.
Part of a modern block of flats with private parking, the apartment is on the top floor (3rd floor - please note, no lift access).
Gas Central Heating and Unlimited Wi-Fi.
The apartment has a gorgeous internal kitchen with solid black gloss worktops and copper look tiles. Kitchen facilities comprise washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob, kettle, toaster and a smoothy maker. All crockery and cutlery is provided, with all the utensils you need to make a nice meal.
The lounge is nice and spacious with a bay window looking out onto what used to be a bowling green. In the lounge there is a couple of sofas (seating two/three and one person) and an oak dining table with four chairs. Also included is a brand new Panasonic flatscreen TV with freeview.
In the bedrooms, both double beds are fitted with high quality duvet/sheets and internal wardrobes with plenty of space. Also included are bedside tables/lamp for reading and there are mirrors attached to the door of the sliding wardrobes.
The main bathroom includes a reasonable sized bathtub, or if you want a shower you can use the en-suite which is attached to the main bedroom.
The apartment is ideal for two couples or for a family of four or even 2-4 friends. It is definitely a peaceful apartment and would suit most folk looking for a relaxing short break but with the option of having all the fabulous amenities of the South Side/ City Centre available to them.
The private parking bays around the property include additional spaces for visitors. I also have my own space which you would be welcome to use. There are NO parking charges.
The apartment is in a great location, perhaps more suited to somebody looking to stay in the quieter part of Glasgow but with the benefit of a train station being 5 minutes away and only a 15 minute journey into town. Access to bus services facilities is also within walking distance from the apartment, waiting time for a bus into the city centre is usually no more than 5-10 minutes.
The apartment is also within easy walking to local bistros and coffee shops. A 20-30 minute walk from Shawlands, famous for it's bars, restaurants and nightlife. For those wishing to watch the football, attend concerts or sporting events, the apartment is also within walking distance of Hampden Park (approx 15-20 minutes walk).
There are also plenty of green spaces to explore in the local area, with the the apartment being 5 minutes from Linn Park and 15 minutes from Queens Park. Also, if you have a car, easy access to the M74 (from the Polmadie Junction).
All in all, an excellent base to explore Glasgow.

The apartment is situated in Cathcart, South Glasgow, approximately a15 minute train journey to the City Centre.

"A great place to discover Glasgow and Loch Lomond region"
Everything was as advertised at this place. The owner`s brother, Craig, was waiting for us till midnight due to extremely long-lasting car hiring procedures. In spite of that he was so nice and willing to help. The apartment itself doesn`t need any advertising. We were travelling in 4 persons (two adults and 2 teenagers) - a lot of space for all of us. Two bathrooms are a big plus if you travel with three women. The kitchen and bedrooms - convenient and supplied very good. WiFi connection should be emphasized as extremely fast. In 5 minutes of walk you reach a train station and in consecutive 10 minutes you are in the city center. 40 minutes of driving takes you to the heart of Loch Lomond region. I wish I could find such a matched place next year.

Stayed for a week. Couldn't fault the flat. Very clean, fully equipped. Warm and comfortable with real pressure in the showers! Good correspondence with owner re. arranging keys for 1.00am arrival. Good location, quiet neighbours, safe parking close to train station. Brilliant.

"Modern, clean and convenient with luxurious touches"
What a lovely fresh and modern apartment. I stayed here for a short business break and it had everything I needed. The train station is a 5 minute walk away and takes you straight into the city- very convenient. I believe there is a lovely park nearby too but didn't get the opportunity to explore. Darren went to great lengths to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible, showing me how to use all the appliances in the flat and giving me tips on the local area, restaurants etc. Friendly and professional service was provided from booking to departure. Luxury candles, flowers and toiletries added to my stay- sometimes it's the little things that make the difference!
