In casa nostra, ogni domenica i nostri figli ci chiedevano: - Chi viene oggi a pranzo?-

Ora i nostri figli sono sparsi per il mondo e noi abbiamo deciso, nella nostra enorme casa , di continuare questa accoglienza ad amici vicini e lontani.

In "Casacricri" gli ospiti sono accolti in famiglia con " cestino di benvenuto", con caffè , verdure del nostro orto , olio e deliziose marmellate fatte in casa.

Essi si sentono a casa propria, mantenendo tutta la loro indipendenza,

La “CasaCricri” è immersa nella campagna della costa Abruzzese, in 10 minuti di auto si arriva alla famosa spiaggia di Giulianova.

E' circondata da un enorme giardino con delle sdraio, un patio con tavolo e sedie per poter godere della fresca brezza marina, barbecue e vista sulle belle colline della Costa Adriatica.

Ideale per vacanze riposanti e rilassanti nel silenzio e nel verde della campagna Abruzzese.

L'alloggio pur situato in un luogo tranquillo e appartato, è comunque ben collegato con gli svincoli autostradali dell'A14, uscita Mosciano-Giulianova-Teramo e dell'A24, Teramo-Roma entrambi a 10 km di distanza.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Isabella (the owner) a message.

If Isabella (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
