NEW, stunning, comfortable, quiet, custom mountain home. This beautiful Alyeska/Girdwood home is located above all the others (literally) and has unparalleled Inlet views of the Turnagain Arm and surrounding mountain ranges. Fantastic views from every window of this three story home, including all three bedrooms!! Nobody has to sacrifice their epic Alaskan experience in this mountain home.

Are you hosting a family gathering? The third floor chef's kitchen was designed for feeding large groups of family/friends and is fully stocked with every pot, pan, and utensil you could possibly require (including a kitchen-aid stand mixer). The kitchen includes cooking knife, and an extra set of fish fillet knifes. All you need to bring is the food, which can be stored in the full size fridge, or separate full sized freezer.

Going fishing? Just let us know and we can set you up with extra freezer space during your stay. Did I already mention that the kitchen has fillet knifes for you to use during your stay?

The home has heated polished concrete floors, two large decks which are perfect for grilling your fresh caught salmon while watching the sun set over the water. Speaking of Alaska's famous midnight sun, all the bedrooms have blackout blinds to ensure you have a restful sleep after your full day of activities.

Have a large group of people, multiple couples, etc... ? This home is uniquely designed with two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and one extra large bedroom that has 6 twin beds and is the size of a two car garage!! The bathroom accommodations for the extra large (6 twin bedroom) are next door with two sinks, a toilet, and two showers. Custom, hand made tile in every bathroom, so nobody feels left out. Master bathroom includes a freestanding soaker tub, rain shower head and body spray jets in the shower. Brand new towels, brand new bedding, almost everything in the home is brand new.

Close to the hotel and world class restaurants, yet tucked away from any busy streets. Berry picking is right outside your door. Hiking and biking trails are everywhere you look. Have you always wanted to try a fat tire bike? We have two available to rent, please inquire about prices and availability. Free to guests to use during their stay (please request at time of booking): Two regular tire mountain bikes, Single B.O.B. stroller, pack-n-play, and baby carrier back pack. The home has some miscellaneous toys and a full game cabinet of board games and kid games to keep everyone occupied.

The dining table is 10 feet long and and the oversized walnut butcher block island/breakfast bar in the kitchen provides additional seating options. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are all located on the third floor to take advantage of the spectacular views surrounding the home. Kitchen and Bathroom countertops are soapstone, all appliances are high end stainless steel including the 48" Thermador gas range top. Full laundry room on second floor. There is no garage parking available at this home. There is one large television located in the living room with cable tv and surround sound wired throughout the living, dining and kitchen area of the third floor. Please take a look at the floor plan to get a more extensive idea of how this home is designed and if it would be suited to your Alaska getaway.

Note for 2018 Guests. There will be a large 8 person hot tub spa installed on the 2nd floor deck. We also have plans to exchange two of the twin beds in the large second floor bedroom for a single King size bed to better accommodate groups of three couples renting the property.

Attention: All large events will be subject to an event fee that can be quoted before time of booking. Beds for 10 people. If you require additional sleeping arrangements please inquire with us for cots, cribs, etc.. Any groups larger than 10 people will need to contact us first to finalize a booking request.
