Modern, clean and spacious!! This premium condominium is centrally located in the town square of Girdwood. Restaurants, bars, grocery store, coffee shop and Community Park are all situated within walking distance of this luxury property. Alyeska – Alaska’s largest ski resort is only one-mile away, easily accessible by a free local shuttle bus service every 20 minutes!

This well-appointed unit is your home away from home. Comfortably sleeping up to 6 people. Both bedrooms are furnished with a comfortable queen size bed, dresser and closet with private access to their own full bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a private bathroom with dual “his and hers” sinks and full size walk in closet. There is a pullout couch in the living room that offers a full size mattress.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need while you are away from home. Cook a delicious meal and enjoy dining with family and friends in the dining area with seating for six. Enjoy a relaxing meal or an early morning cup of coffee on the balcony table with the beautiful mountain views in the background.

Are you driving to Girdwood? We got you covered there to. The heated garage is a huge plus, especially during the winter months where it has been known to snow up to 40 inches over night!

Year-round there is always something fun going on in Girdwood. With abundant hiking and biking trails or the numerous festivals and events like – Slushcup, Oktoberfest, the Blueberry Festival or the Frostbite Festival (and many more) Girdwood has something for everyone. The Community Park includes tennis courts, kid’s playground, skate park, baseball field, Frisbee golf course, and hosts the annual Forest Fair and Fungus Fair. Getting around

Glacier Valley Transit (GVT) operates a year-round transportation busing system with fixed route service in Girdwood, Alaska. GVT is a non-profit company and leases employees from Alyeska Resort. Bikes, skis and snowboards can be placed in the racks on the exterior of the bus. The current Fare to ride is $1.00 Check out their website glaciervallytransit dot com for a map and route schedules.

How do damage deposits work?
