Converted 4 bedroom barn on outskirts of Gilwern village near Abergavenny with easy access to Hay-on-Wye, Builth Wells for activity or restful holidays.

A lockable shed is available for storing any leisure equipment.

Quiet and gentle, ideal for family get together. There is a downstairs bedroom with an accessible wet room. A further three bedrooms upstairs, 2 rooms with zip and link beds -which can be used as 2 singles or 1 superking.

The Monmouthshire region

Abergavenny is the gateway to Wales, easy access to the wild and beautiful Brecon Beacons plenty of fresh air and magnificent views. You can walk, cycle, horse ride, paraglide, or boat (along the canal), take the bus or just drive through the scenery.

The Barn is situated with easy access to the Royal Welsh Show held 18th -21st July at Builth Wells. Brecon Jazz festival, Abergavenny food festival,


Abergavenny is a busy market town it has it's own Food Festival on 20th-21st September 2014,as well as market day on Tuesdays throughout the year. Craft, Antiques and Farmers Markets are held regularly in the Victorian Market Hall.

Nearby Crickhowell is a traditional country town with a Grocer, Butcher, Chemist, Baker and many more independent shops.

The barn is a 5 minute walk from the centre of Gilwern, where you will find a Post Office, Pharmacy, Hair dressers and local convenience store.
