Two-bedroom private villa, Ambary House, offers a relaxing atmosphere and comfort in a quiet area within 5-10 minutes walking distance to Gili Trawangan's art market, its best restaurants, dive shops and the harbour.

The 225 m2 villa features an outdoor swimming pool with a Jacuzzi. Water features and fish ponds dotted the villa's garden and its semi-open air bathrooms, helping guests to rejuvenate and refresh

The air-conditioned bedrooms and the spacious open living room overlook the pool, the fish ponds and the garden in traditional architectural settings, offering guests a relaxing atmosphere.

Wifi is available throughout the property.

Getting around

There is no motorised transport on Gili Trawangan. You may ride a bike, take a walk or a horse cart. These are the main means of transport. It is such a tiny island, you may circle in by bike in less than two hours.

Interaction with guest

Our staff live next to the private villa and are available to assist you any time during your stay. They are ready to cook breakfast for you, guide you to interesting spots on the island, go to the shops to buy beer or snorkeling tickets for you. You may also contact me via whatsapp or email. Please let the staff or me know should you need any assistance during your stay. I do not live at the property but I do stay in the area during certain times of the year.

House rules

The private villa is suitable for large parties or events like birthday or wedding anniversaries. The semi-open living room is large enough and the swimming pool is spacious. There is also a reading nook near the pool which could also accommodate a few more people. There have been a number of parties held at the villa. Nevertheless, noisy parties are discouraged to prevent complains by other guests staying next door. Noise levels should be kept at low level after 9 PM.

We hadn't planned to stay here but it was a wonderful surprise. This villa is not only the perfect luxury treat, with its private pool and great architecture ( check out the bathrooms!), but it is also a intimate, calm and quiet retreat just near the Gili T nightlife center. we could not suggest better place in Gili T!
