The house has a large fully fitted kitchen with integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, 2 ovens and induction hob. There is a utility room with a washer/dryer for your use and a wine cooler fridge.

There is a large open plan lounge and dining area. The lounge has 48" TV with Virgin media.

There is a large master bedroom and ensuite with double shower. The second bedroom has an ensuite. There are 2 further bedrooms. There is a large house bathroom. All the bedrooms have a digital TV. There is a private south facing garden with garden sofa and table and a large 7 sear Hot Tub (PLEASE NOTE : there is an additional cost per stay for the exclusive use of the hot tub)

We have a folding single Z bed and can provide an extra air mattresses if required for more guests. We also have a Hauck Travel Cot which is suitable for children from Newborn to 3 years. A high chair and stair gate are also provided.

The House is situated in a small village with a lovely local traditional pub, a small supermarket, fish and chip shop and Indian restaurant. Within 5 mins of a large retail park that offers shopping, restaurants and a large cinema . It is close to Leeds City Centre (about 15 mins by car) which offers all the fantastic amenities of a dynamic cosmopolitan City, including the Leeds First Direct Arena and the new Leeds Trinity Shopping Centre and Victoria Gate. The Yorkshire Dales and beautiful areas of Harrogate, Otley and York are all a short drive away. We are about 40 mins drive away from Haworth and Bronte Country. Leeds newest attraction is the Emmerdale Studio Experience which is 5 miles away at the Yorkshire TV studios.

We ask guests to not use the garden and hot tub after 11pm due to the close proximity of our neighbours.
We are happy for guests to celebrate events whilst at our property will prior approval with guests that are booked to stay. We do not allow parties.

Had a great weekend with family for a birthday weekend, House was gorgeous & better than photo’s , well equipped to cook, Gildersome has good facilities also , local pubs, Indian restaurant / takeout. Host Jo was very responsive. Highly recommend staying here!

How do damage deposits work?
