Set in the heart of Charente Maritime in the south west region of France. LOGIS DE LA CROIX, is the ideal setting to relax and enjoy all that the Charente- Maritime has to offer . we have 4 gites, from 2 to 4 bedrooms.

Logis is a large 4 bedroom family home that has been beautifully restored to an exceptionally high standard while maintaining the traditional French style. The 2 double bedded rooms have an ensuite shower room

The 15 metre long heated pool plus shallow children's splash pool are in a secure enclosure in full view from the terrace.

Covered area with table tennis, table football... Children's play area with wooden climbing frame and a 6 hole crazy golf course.

A perfect location for a relaxing family holiday, easy drives to the coast and the many attractions. Historic towns, trips on the river, fishing, golf, horse riding, Futuroscope at Poitiers.

A fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 fridges and microwave. The large dining table seats 10 guests. Archway to the lounge with beamed cathedral ceiling, stone fireplace with log burner, TV (with UK Satellite TV) and DVD player, wi-fi access and plenty of room to relax. On the ground floor there is a family bedroom with a double bed, set of bunk beds and fitted wardrobe. Across the corridor is a second bedroom with two single beds. Between these 2 bedrooms is the bathroom. The bathroom has sink and toilet.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, both of which have a double beds, and each has an en-suite shower room with shower, sink and toilet.

How do damage deposits work?
