A unique Farmhouse with a private Pool Deck (south facing) surrounded by its own fields a shaded BBQ area with relaxation sofa's, table and chairs offering you the perfect alfresco dining experience. Dar Is-Sultan and the village of Gharb will certainly work its charm on you, expressing a statement of serenity.

Dar Is-Sultan is located at the end of a quaint alley displaying all the character you would expect from a period property of this calibre.

Entrance is gained via a private courtyard, accommodation comprising of separate bathroom, sitting room or commonly known as a Mill Room with stone arched ceiling, bedroom (Air Conditioned) with double bed and en-suite shower facility. Impressive and welcoming stone steps take you to a living and dining area open plan to country style kitchen, WC, stepped entrance to bedroom (Air Conditioned) with 2 single beds and en-suite shower facility, stepped entrance to bedroom with double sofa bed, annexed and leading to the master bedroom (Air Conditioned) with double bed and en-suite bathroom facility. The Pool deck is accessed via the living and dining area having a wonderful external shaded area with table, chairs, sofas, and BBQ, offering the perfect relaxation area, which opens to the private Pool Deck with outside shower and an extensive well maintained Garden and fields belonging to Dar Is-Sultan.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
