Spacious brand new luxury fully air-conditioned one bedroom penthouse (56 m2) with spectacular sea view and a big communal swimming pool in Gozo just minutes away from Mgarr harbour.

The penthouse has free WiFi including the on two balconies. From the front balcony you can enjoy 180-degree panorama facing the Mediterranean Sea the islands of Malta and Comino and from the back one, you have a fantastic land view with churchies.

The flat all around is carefully well-furnished and highly equipped to the details offering guests to experience a quality luxury break.

We especially recommend couples, friends or family with 1 child.

Perfect for a retreat for relaxation and tranquility surrounded by that romantic ambiance of amazing views, sunrise, sunset holiday on Gozo.

The accommodation is in a safe complex restricted only to residents and easily accessed by elevator.

In the morning on the first terrace is sunny, in the afternoon on the back terrace.

The front one with sea view is small for two to have a small breakfast or have a drink. The back one is a big one with pool view where four can eat and drink.

There are foll down shade on every windows and doors.

The living area has a sofa, 42" (107 cm) flat screen HD SMART TV included international channels. Also, JBL sound system to play your own Ipad music and DVD Player.

The kitchen/dining is fully equipped for a self-catering holiday. You can find everything you need e.g. fridge with deep freezer, electric hob and oven grill, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, kitchen mixer, utensils, crockery, and cutlery all kitchen cookware glasses and other accessories.

The bedroom has a charming shabby chic style with spacious wardrobe, chest of drawer and a 32" TV mounted on the wall.

All linens and towels are luxury ZARA products with 100% cotton everything for your needs for the highest level of comfort with warm colours to make you feel relaxed and refreshed after a tiring day exploring Gozo.

Leading off the bedroom there is a private terrace with modern rattan dining furniture perfect for evenings dining under the stars or simply enjoying a cold drink.

Bathroom accommodates full-size shower and hand wash basin and toilet.

Washing machine with dryer, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, complimentary toiletries.

The pool size is 19,3 meter x 4,3 meter. (1,4 meter and 0,9 meter in depth)

LOCATION

Malta Luqa Airport is 35.9 kilometers to Ghajsielem.

Valletta is 35,4 kilometers to Ghajsielem.

The property is a 2 minute drive or 10/15 minute walk from the ferry terminal in Gozo.

Great Location - Just 10 minutes walk to all amenities including shops, waterfront restaurants, bars, tourist information, car hire, diving and snorkeling center, kayak tours, beaches, ferries and boat cruises also Blue Lagoon beach taxi-boats.

1 minute walk to bus stop to capital Victoria, Citadel, Temples, Dwejra and Ramla bay, Hondoq Bay, San Blas Bay, Xlendi Bay, Calypso's Cave, Ggantija Megalithic Temples in Xaghra.

No car needed to explore Gozo but if you want to be independent of public transport a car, a scooter or a buggy can be rented. A rented car gives you the flexibility to travel to and from any place you like. It is easy to drive in Gozo. All signs are marked in English and driving is on the left.

If one prefer bus service it is recommended to purchase a weekly ticket which enables holders to unlimited trips. The bus service in Gozo runs between 5.30 am and 11 pm.

We may help you for car renting. Free parking place is available in front of the complex.

Our apartment is 700m from the ferry port which is 7-10 min walk. Also from the ferry port there is a bus #303 which stops 50 m distance from the flat. The name of the bus stop is "Gudja".

With the same bus you can travel around most of the island including the capital Victoria.

From the bus terminal in Victoria you can change buses to travel the rest of the west and south part of the island.

Also from the apartment there is another bus stop called Antnin where the bus #322 is available with what you can reach the north part of the island.

How do damage deposits work?

If Krisztina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
