Le chalet ‘’ Les Marmottons ‘’ est idéalement situé Au Cœur du Massif Vosgien, à Gérardmer, à proximité du centre ville ( 5 minutes à pieds), du lac ( 15 minutes à pieds ) ,des pistes de ski et dispose d’une très belle vue sur le lac.

D'une superficie de 60 m², il se compose au rez-de-chaussée d'une pièce à vivre avec une cheminée et un haut parleur bluetooth, cuisine attenante (équipée lave vaisselle, 4 plaques de cuisson vitrocéramique, réfrigérateur 107 litres, congélateur 15 litres,four, four micro-ondes,cafetière à filtre, bouilloire, grille pain, appareil à raclette, pierrade, fondue…) avec accès terrasse de 20 m² ( Salon de jardin, barbecue ), une chambre parentale, une salle de bain ( douche à jets, sèche serviette, machine à laver, sèche cheveux , un fer et une table à repasser) et d'un WC indépendant, puis à l'étage d'une mezzanine composée de 4 lits d'une personne, un petit salon et un WC indépendant. Les lits sont équipés d'une couette et d'oreillers. Un lit bébé et une chaise haute peuvent être fournis si nécessaire.

Le chalet dispose d'un abris de jardin pour ranger vos vélos, skis...

- Electricité : consommation au tarif EDF.( relevé entrée et sortie ) à régler le jour du départ.

- Les draps sont proposés en option à payer à l'arrivée.( 12€ le grand lit et 8€ les lits simples)

- Les sorties de douche sont proposées en option à payer à l’arrivée. ( 5€ le drap et la serviette de douche ).

- Le ménage est proposé en option à payer à l'arrivée ( 80€ ).

- La taxe de séjour est de 0.94€ par nuit et par personnes de + de 18 ans, à remettre à l'arrivée de votre séjour.

- Wifi gratuit et illimité.

Le 25 décembre et le 1er janvier nous ne faisons ni entrée ni sortie.

Possibilité de louer à la semaine ou au week-end avec un minimum de 2 nuits.

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jean-Christophe (the owner) a message.

If Jean-Christophe (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
