Description

Eva Villas are two new build villas with amazing sea view. There are on the side of a hill close to the village Gerani. All famous sunsets can be compared equally to the all day and sunset view of this villa and maybe is better.

Each villa consists of 180 square meters on a ground area of 4.900 square meters.

Located, on the side of a hill close to the village of Gerani. 2.5 km from the beach and 9 km from Rethymno City

Eva villas provide a peaceful atmosphere and modern amenities for restful holidays.

Each villa can accommodate up to 11 people (6 people in bed and 5 people in sofa beds)

Also, we can provide portable baby’s bed, baby food chair ( high chair ), baby bath, baby rocking chair. Free of charge.

All rooms and living areas are equipped with air condition and provide a view to the pool area and to the Aegean Sea.

Each villa has a 300-sq. m private pool area with a 41-sq. m infinity swimming pool with amazing sea view to the Aegean Sea.

Gerani village is a traditional Cretan village 7 km from the city of Rethymno with traditional taverns, churches, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, historical buildings, and the famous Gerani cave, The cave of Gerani is one of the most important and most beautiful caves in the prefecture of Rethymno and in whole Crete. It is located 7 km west of Rethymnon, at the location "Kamari" and close to the beach of Gerani.

During the summer, various traditional Cretan events and celebrations take place in the nearby villages

Close to the best sandy beaches on the North coast, such as Episkopi and Georgioupolis beach.
