Description

The guesthouse 'Rodanthi' was first built in 1919 but been fully renovated (rebuilt) on 2013. Built on three levels-floors and can accommodate a total of twelve people in four rooms.The house harmoniously combines the old, built entirely of stone and wood, with the new that has all the modern amenities, flat TVs screen with USB ports in all rooms, satellite TV, satellite internet, indoor and outdoor alarm, DVD-USB player, heated pool etc.Tools, implements, utensils ( sieve, iron, manual sewing machine, old radio tubes, the ironwork of the doors and windows, jars of oil) are in place not simply as decorative elements, but as a memory of people who lived here at their time ...Parked in a private parking and entering passing below the stone arch entrance. Crossing the paved runway, you can find left the garden and on your right "Aretousa" room. This guest room is detached, spacious with old wooden ceiling, double bed, a large sofa and wc-shower.Follow the paved entry, stone staircases leads you to a spacious courtyard surrounded by a garden with a stone fountain and in the main entrance of the house.The entrance leads to a large living room with sitting area, fireplace, library and dining room. Right as you cross the room and go under the stone arch, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with gas kitchen rings, oven, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine and all the kettles you might need to make your stay more comfortable. On the same floor there are two separate bedrooms, the "Aegean" with a big double bed, wooden floor and ceiling, private wc-shower, a large sofa bed and two windows overlooking the mountains and the sea. Also on the same floor there is "Erato" room with the old iron bed (restored), wooden ceiling and floor, an en suite wc-shower and a window with views to the sea.Wooden staircases lead from the living room of the first floor to the second floor and there you will find the "Renaissance" room. This is the largest room of all and can accommodate 4 people since it has a queen size bed and two big comfortable sofa beds. The room has a tiled uncovered ceiling to the naked eye inside the wooden infrastructure. Wooden floor, 2 windows with panoramic views of the mountains and the sea and wc with shower completes a spacious, comfortable and luxurious space.To go to the terrace you can do it from 2 different ways. From the courtyard on the first floor, stone staircase leads to the terrace or from in the house and following the same wooden stairs as to go to the ''Renaissance'' room. On the terrace there is an oven, a barbecue, a garden with lawn, a large swimming pool (40 m2 ) and a large space of 100 m2, part of which is covered for some shade for the sunny days. The view is spectacular since the guest house is located on the top of the hill. Wooden and metal tables, armchairs, loungers, sun umbrella are placed in the courtyards of the house for your convenience. Old jars with flowers and old tools of the owner take you to the past and how people used to leave then.

How do damage deposits work?
