Relaxing holidays in a small house with natural surroundings near the beach, at a very reasonable price.

In our small Apartmenthouse we would like you to feel like home. All our studios and apartments, are clean and simple but functional, equiped with all, you need in order to relax and enjoy.

The next beach is in a distance of approx. 1 km, the center of Georgioupolis with serveral shops, taverns, super markets, car rental offices, cafes and restaurants (as well as 2 night clubs for younger people), can be reached after 1.500 m.

The bus station to Chania (45 min.), Rethymnon (30 min) or Heraklion (2 hours) is at the New National Road directly at the entrance to Georgioupolis.

If you would like to enjoy quite, relaxing holidays in a natural environment with friends, it will be a pleasure to welcome you.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sifis (the owner) a message.

If Sifis (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
