Albatross Villas is an architectural award winning complex of 3 villas in the area of Gennadi, offering luxury and comfort just a few steps from the sea, in the remote and serine setting of southern Rhodes. The complex consists of three separate properties that are ideal for couples, families, as well as groups of friends that seek a luxurious and relaxing holiday away from the crowds.

The Albatross complex is located conveniently near the center of Gennadi village where visitors can find some nice restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, pharmacies and beach bars. The villa is also just a short drive away from Lindos, its’ magnificent Acropolis and lively atmosphere, as well as from Prasonisi, an area known for its’ natural beauty and its’ popularity among water sports enthousiasts.

The Laysan Albatross Villa hosts up to 8 people in 2 modernly designed bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom ideal for children with bunkbeds and 1 large comfortable sofa, that becomes a double bed in the living room. All bedrooms open to a furnished balcony terrace with a mesmerizing view of the Aegean Sea. The villa is designed to provide a comfortable stay and features a spacious living room equipped with a large flat screen TV and satellite channels, a fully equipped, modern kitchen, a playroom with a game console and 3 bathrooms.

Laysan Albatross Villa is equally impressive on the outside where the garden area features a large terrace with panoramic sea view, equipped with BBQ facilities and a dining area, ideal for evening gatherings with family and friends. The Laysan Albatross Villa also offers a large swimming pool with salt water equipped with sunbeds and parasols for you to enjoy the warm summer days that Rhodes has been blessed with.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
