Albatross Villas is an architectural award-winning complex of 3 villas in the area of Gennadi, offering private swimming pools and luxury just a few steps from the sea, in the remote and serene setting of southern Rhodes. Each of the properties has a different limit to the number of guests that accommodates.

Description

Laysan Albatross Villa has a magnificent decorating style and very Modern Greek details and conveniently accommodates up to 8. It has 3 fully air-conditioned bedrooms with screen TVs as well as beautiful balconies with mesmerizing sea views. 2 of the bedrooms have double beds and one of them has bunk beds. One of the bedrooms offers an ensuite bathroom with stylish showers. Also, there are 2 shared bathrooms with a shower. Guests will find an incredibly fully equipped kitchen that is suitable for any meal preparation and experiments with Greek products. There’s a dining area with a divine design and a beautiful living room. In the comfortable living room, guests will find a screen TV with satellite channels as well as a leading window to the marvelous swimming pool and the breathtaking sea view. There’s free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. Outdoors, guests will find the private swimming pool along with the sunbeds where you can enjoy sunbathing under the sun. For your ultimate relaxation, there’s a soothing Jacuzzi. Also, there’s a BBQ facility and a sitting area where you can enjoy an evening gathering with your loved ones.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
