From the manager

Villas Mina complex is located in the area of Gennadi, very near to the sea, it has its’ own private pool and offers you the most quiet and pleasant holidays in Rhodes Island. The properties are fully air-conditioned with high quality furnishing. The main villa hosts up to 5 people and the second villa hosts up to 4 so in total up to 9 people.

There is a spacious air-conditioned living room with a separate lounge area. There is also a dinning area, a flat TV, as well as a comfortable setting for leisure time in front of the fireplace. Outside, the veranda is equipped with lounge furniture overlooking the pool and the garden. The elegant and modern outdoor furniture will provide you with the ultimate sense of comfort. Outside you will also find a large private pool with sun beds and parasols, a large BBQ facility with all the necessary equipment .

There are two comfortable, fully furnished and air-conditioned bedrooms, we call them “Heaven” and “Ocean”. The “Heaven” features a king-size bed and is decorated in white and blue colors to add an appeal of tradition to a rejuvenating experience. The “Ocean” bedroom has two single beds and is decorated in white and brown colors to create a cozy, homier atmosphere through earth tones. The bathroom is a full suite with bath/shower, wc, wash basin and there is also a hair dryer and a mirror. It also features a sink, a shiny porcelain toilet and a boudoir with a wall mirror, decorated with modern blue and white colors providing an elegant, contemporary aesthetic.

Mina’s Villa has a spacious open-plan kitchen with natural light pouring in from the windows. Doors will lead you to the front of the pool terrace for the ultimate alfresco dining experience. The kitchens are fully equipped with oven hob and extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, washing machine, coffee maker and all the kitchenware needed for you to prepare and enjoy meals.

Next to the main villa there is an annex building with two bedrooms, separate entrance for each bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a large sharing veranda. The 1st bedroom has a double bed and the 2nd has twin beds, Wi-Fi, mini fridge and en-suite bathroom with shower.

A large private pool with sun beds and parasols, a large BBQ facility with all the necessary equipment, a small football field is some of the services that we provide to our customers.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
