ESCAPE TO SERENITY AT OUR LOVELY SENECA LAKEFRONT COTTAGE IN THE FINGER LAKES

Indulge in the beauty of the Finger Lakes at our charming cottage, nestled on the east shore of Seneca Lake. Just eight miles south of Geneva, our haven promises an unforgettable retreat with breathtaking sunsets and a private lakefront oasis.

KEY FEATURES:

• Comfortable Living: Our fully air-conditioned and heated cottage features a well-equipped kitchen, cozy living room with a stone fireplace, and a dining area. Entertainment options include a 32-inch Cable HDTV, Blu-ray/DVD player, and streaming services like Netflix. The cottage is well off the road with plenty of parking.

• Restful Sleep: Experience true comfort in the master bedroom with a king-size bed, furnished with a Serta hotel-quality mattress. If you do not have king sheets we will provide them for you (complimentary). The second bedroom offers 2 sets of bunk beds; one with a double bed on the bottom, twin on top and the second with 2 twin beds. The second bedroom also has cable TV with a DVD/VHS player is also available.

• Outdoor Bliss: Step outside to a unique roofed patio overlooking the lake, complete with an outdoor fireplace, propane grill, Adirondack chairs, and picnic table. Just steps from the patio experience a deck with comfortable outdoor seating providing a perfect spot to enjoy the lake and the fresh lake air. You will find our front and back yards meticulously landscaped with a beautiful display of flowers, foliage, and plenty of green lawn.

• Waterfront Delight: Enjoy lakefront living with only six stair steps to lake level where you will enjoy your own private dock and lake entry. The lake depth off the dock is two to three feet. The depth deepens very gradually as you go out. A bit further out, enjoy our swim float which is anchored in about five feet of water.

In addition, for those who bring or rent a boat, we have an electric boat lift for you which is available for nominal charge. New for 2024 we have 2 single and 2 double kayaks for your enjoyment!

CONVENIENCE AND HOSPITALITY:

• Fully Furnished: The cottage is completely furnished including dishes, silverware, coffee maker, filters, pots and pans, etc. We also provide all paper supplies, soaps and shampoos, bath mat, blankets and pillows. Just bring your sheets, pillowcases, and towels. Note: If you are flying in and are cramped for suitcase space, we will provide all of these for you.

• Local Guide: Just for you, we have written our “Welcome” book. It presents all of the information on the cottage and the area, including directions to the restaurants, wineries, attractions, bait stores, grocery stores, shopping areas, and much more.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Joseph (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
