A traditional stone Pembrokeshire Farmhouse with modern extension situated in a quiet river valley in the centre of the County offering a high standard of accomodation. The property is close to the village of Llawhaden near Narberth. Set within its' own grounds ensuring privacy, secure offroad parking & a safe environment for children.
Originally a 2 roomed 'tied' farm cottage to the Picton Castle Estate the building has been added to over the years & grown into a 3 bedroomed farmhouse. On the ground floor you will have a Dining Room, a fully fitted Kitchen, large Bathroom with separate Shower & Lounge with French Windows opening on to a large garden. Upstairs you have a Bathroom, Double bedroom, a bunk bedded room suitable for children or agile adults, & a third bedroom which can be a double or arranged into a twin (notice of you preference would be appreciated). A Cot & High chair can be provided on request.

All rooms are centrally heated, heating gas & electricity are all included in the rental cost. The garden is large, enclosed & leads onto the owners garden which we are happy for you to explore.
The area surrounding the Farmhouse is steeped in history with the remains of an Iron Age Fort & Castle on the hill above. In the village you will find the restored hospice dating to 1287 & St. Aidans church (mainly Norman with Saxon elements) on the river bank a short walk from the House. There are a number of interesting walks surrounding the House & this property is a great base for Cycling, Fishing, Ironman Training etc. Bluestone Resort & Oakwood Leisure Park are both 5 minutes drive away.

There is always a full summer timetable of events, craft, food fairs & festivals, classic car events, agricultural & village shows to choose from.
