Our home is a modern, cozy 1 bedroom flat, with beautiful balconies and parking, near the sea of Ammoudara at Irakleio, able to accommodate 1 to 4 people. Fully equipped, with fast WIFI, amazing spacious bedroom, large kitchen and living room, newly refurbished and clean at a great price for your vacations

A beautiful newly renovated, clean and equipped with brand new appliances flat with one bedroom and a sofa bed able to accommodate four (4) people in total. Fast and stable wi-fi connection, beautiful decoration, lovely balcony with a view, near the sea of Ammoudara and at a great price!

As if these are not enough, if you choose our flat for your stay, every guest gets upon his check-in as a courtesy from us, our own made "Raki" drink, olives, various herbs and vegetables, olive oil and more...all of our own production! Homemade, organic and natural! Also, owner's wife is a traditional Cretan dance teacher. If she gets the chance and you are up for it, she may teach you some moves! ;)

Bright and clean open spaces for a relaxing stay. The living room has access to the balcony where you can enjoy your meal and breakfasts or your afternoon beverage while sunbathing. There is a cozy and beautiful sofa bed that can sleep two more people if needed. A flat tv, a/c and everything needed for a trouble and worry-free stay. Also, a large window sliding door lets more than plenty natural light in the room!

Our flat is located at Gazi area. Everything you may need is at a 5 min. distance. Supermarkets, grocery stores, ATMs, hospital and of course the gorgeous beach of Ammoudara. Perfect spot for exploring eastern Crete and visit points of interest such as Ammoudara beach, Iraklion city center, Knossos archaeological site, Arolithos traditional Cretan village, Natural History Museum and more.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
