This three-storey look-out tower with aprox. 98 m2 on 3 storeys is equipped as follows:Upper floor – with a panorama view of 360°• bedroom with double-bed.great built-in wardrobe, Moroccan style• bathroom with shower, double washbasin, WC and bidet.Gallery (intermediate level) two single beds.Ground floor• living room and lounge • american kitchen with dishwasher, hob and oven, fridge• shower and WC• washing machine• big outside terrace with pergola. Boccie area outside

The Finca is perfect for people who like the nature, the calmness in a wonderful landscape and a private atmosphere.

The finca consists of a country house with two accomodation units for rent:-So if you need 2 sleeps more there is also another guesthouse „el fuente“ for rent.The finca has been designed as a traditional Andalusian patio house around a central courtyard and fountain. The patio is accessible from all units.Influenced by many Arabian and Andalusian stylistic elements, experience a touch of "Thousand and One Nights".Enjoy „nature as it is“ within a gorgeous natural landscape combined with modern comfort in a luxurious accomodation!

“Beautiful location, great hospitality”

We stayed for two weeks in July, the finca is 25 minutes from the coast and set in beautiful countryside with wonderful views every way you look. Peter and Angi were great hosts- even before we arrived they were in contact to ensure they had everything we might need and more. The Finca is furnished to a high standard and the pools and facilities were excellent. Overall I would thoroughly recommend-

Absolutely nothing could fault our stay. The property was five star, Angi and Peter lovely and Gaucin a great town within 10 mins for tapas or more. This is Spain at it's very best.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
