Description

Owl's Nest Chalet is a great A-Frame in the Chalet Village area of Gatlinburg. It is located near ski resort and amusement park. Owl's next Chalet has great views of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park from the deck. Rental includes access to clubhouse and pools (pools open Memorial Day to Labor Day). You can easily walk to the main clubhouse.

The chalet has King bed in master bedroom. Full bathroom across hall,

2 Queen beds in upstairs bedroom Full bathroom outside bedroom door.

There is a sleeper ottoman in loft outside upstairs bedroom.

Full size hot tub on deck with great mountain and tram views.

Getting around

Most of our guests travel by car. There are interconnected trolley systems in Gatlinburg rrrreeeeewe5tiand Pigeon Forge that access all attractions. The nearest trolley access is about 1.58oiiuui6755yyyyyyyu miles away from the cabin. Due to the terrain and roads, it is not recommended to walk to the t tolley rolley.

Interaction with guest

Door has an electronic lock. Guests can check in anytime after 4 pm with personally assigned door code. We live close by so we are usually available to handle any problems that may arise.

House rules

Pets allowed up to 2 dogs max 25 pounds each. Pet require additional $50.00 cleaning fee. You must contact us before booking to approve pets and get the pet cleaning fee added to the quote.

There is no smoking inside the cabin. Smoking is allowed on outside deck. Minimum age of renter is 24. Person renting the cabin must stay at the cabin during the rental period.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
