Gorgeous 3 bedroom detached villa over 3 floors with large master suite on top floor, gated parking & secure gardens, 8m x 4m private pool with outdoor shower, seating areas & barbeque/outside kitchen. Sleeps 6,

spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen and aircon through out, TV in each bedroom, linen & towels provided.

Elevated position giving sea views overlooking Denia & Javea

Fabulous location in northern Costa Blanca close to the town of Gata de Gorgos with shops, bars & restaurants as well as Tourist Information. 15 mins drive from the bustling towns of Denia & Javea. Gata de Gorgos is well known as the basket weaving centre of the region. Tram from Gata de Gorgos to Denia and along the coast to Alicante.

We are available to guests at the level they choose - we are at the end of the phone and available by email all the time for emergencies and can be contacted for ideas and suggestions locally. “Amazing holliday villa would highly recomend booking...”

What a lovely villa, very very well presented spacious and with all mod cons including English large screen TV, lovely sized pool, Gas barbecue, balcony's with the most amazing views, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms all very clean and very nicely decorated, just like home from home, secure car parking, we stayed for a week and loved every minute of it, the villa is based in a quite but central location, within minutes of historical town of Denia, would highly recommend a stay, must have a car though, we hired a car from the airport at a very reasonable £100 and used the villa as a base and travelled each day to places like Benidorm, Denia, Javea Beach, all amenities are within a few minutes drive supermarkets cater very well for us English lots to see within a short distance, due to its location you have the choice of quite historical peaceful beaches to he more busier modern towns, Mel and Dave the owners were a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end and could not do enough to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.. will defo be going again,

We can only say that we cannot wait to return. The owners Mel & Dave are such lovely people, they give you so much advice and make you feel like one of the family. The villa is in excellent condition and the Pool is amazing. Everything you need is within the villa. Beautiful views. We have highly recommended to all family and friends and know that a few have already booked. Prices are very reasonable for this beautiful villa. We will be returning later this year and every year from now on. Make sure you book soon, before this beautiful villa gets booked up!!

“Lovely villa, felt like home from home”

Loved everything about this villa. Stayed over Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The villa is well equipped and very comfortable. The pool looked lovely although we didn't venture in. Fantastic views and a very good location for visiting other areas. The gas central heating was very effective when it got a bit chilly but most of the time it was warm enough without heating. Managed to cook Christmas dinner with no problems in the modern kitchen. A welcome pack was waiting for us on arrival and Mel was a very friendly and helpful host. Will definitely be booking again later in the year.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
