Welcome at our holiday apartment Am Kurpark for 6 persons,the apartment with 150Sq.M. 5 stars at the second floor. The holiday homes can be comfortably reached by elevator. You will live in the middle of the 'Garmisch' pedestrian zone, very close to the spa gardens. The cable car and the ice rink are 5-10 Minutes by foot. The local bus stops only 2 minutes from the apartment building. The new holiday apartments are equipped with a modern ventilation system with filter . Apartment 3***** offers three bedrooms, two doublebed rooms one bedroom with two single beds. All beds have adjustable slatted frames and allergy tested blankets and pillows. The bathroom has a large shower and a bathtub, washingmachine and dryer. Bedcloths and towels will be peresent. The kitchen is fully equipped. Internetflat and a telephone are available too. Furthermore, you can use the flat screen TV with satellite and stereo system with DVD player. If wished, parking space can be rent.

Our house has no steps and an elevator instead using the stairs. It is also available for wheelchair users who are able to walk or stand for a few minutes. The bathroom has a bathtub and you cannot put your legs under the sink. in the rest of the apartment you can use the wheelchair, it is tested. Please contact the owner for more informations.

The special location of the apartment:: Our holiday apartment is unique for Garmisch. There are no other holiday apartments directly in the pedestrian zone with elevator. You look down at the pedestrian zone from the livingroom and you do not need a car to get to different locals and restaurants. The spa park Pavillon and Cafe Krönner are directly next to or across from our house so that if you want, you can order breakfast via telephone and shortly thereafter, you can sit at a covered table. Ice rink, swimming pool, train to Zugspitze, cinema can be reached in a maximum walk of 10 minutes, you can see in the spa park from your apartment and if you would like, you can enjoy a spa concert

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Michaela (the owner) a message.

If Michaela (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
