This stunning, detached, all ground floor lodge is in the village of Gargrave and sleeps four people in two bedroomsSquirrel Lodge is a stunning, detached, all ground floor lodge in the village of Gargrave. This lodge sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are a king-size double with an en-suite shower room and a 2'6" twin room which can be a king-size double on request. There is also a bathroom, an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area and a utility. Outside is a decked area with furniture and there is off road parking for two cars.

Amenities: LPG central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with DVD Player ( Please note DVD's are not provided) and Freeview. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot. Off road parking for 2 cars. Decking with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 10 mins walk. Note: If you require the zip/link 2'6" twin beds to be made into the king-size double, please contact Sykes Cottages seven days before arrival

Region: From heather-clad moors and limestone scars, to market towns and the steady pace of country life - the sublime Dales await you! Where else in Britain is it as satisfying to sit and do nothing as it is to explore the numerous pursuits on offer?

Town: A pretty village on the banks of the River Aire, around 7 miles from Malham, with its spectacular limestone cove and scar. In the village you will find a selection of places to eat including a fantastic Indian restaurant, along with a small selection of pubs, cafes and shops. Traversed by the Leeds-Liverpool Canal, cycle route 68 and the Pennine Way, Gargrave is a fantastic base for exploring this part of Yorkshire. Four miles away is the ancient market town of Skipton — “The Gateway to the Dales” — with its historic castle and celebrated high street. On the border of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, this is an ideal location for walking, cycling and touring.
