In splendido condominio, ampio romantico e grazioso monolocale al 10 e ultimo piano con ascensore, vista panoramica sul Porto di Menton Garavan e sulla città vecchia. Silenzioso in quanto nel blocco arretrato e quindi non sulla strada. Cucina con lavatrice, soggiorno/zona notte con divano letto, letto matrimoniale a due piazze, bagno con bidet e vasca, balcone/loggia con tavolo e 4 sedie per mangiare fuori.

    Cher Jean-Pierre Si vous écrivez vous devez écrit tout et avant tout lire mon annonce. Il s'agit d'un studio 28 mc Il est pour 2 personnes Il n'y a pas le four (généralement pas besoin du four à juillet avec 40 degrés!!!!) Tout l'équipement du studio est bien indiqué sur mon annonce; que évidemment, Vous n'avez pas lu. Vous avez réservé par le site pour 3 personnes et 2 chiens!!! Tout de suite je vous ai avisé que le studio est trop petit pour 3 et je préfère ne pas accommoder 3 personnes et 2 chiens. Je vous ai donné un coup de fil en conseillant de annuler la réservation et en plus J'ai appelle Tripadvisor pour ne pas retenir de l'argent pour la réservation annulée. J'avais fait du tout mais vous êtes venus. Désolée pour les ampoules. Je suis toujours disponible avec un message ou un coup de fil pour intervenir s'il y a quelque chose qui accidentellement ne fonctionne pas. L'installation électrique n'est pas dangereuse. La sécurité des clients est la chose la plus importante.

    Dear Catherine, I?m glad you had nice meals on the balcony and enjoying the views! I was really surprised by the issues raised in your comment. ? Patio door is perfectly working. I guess that you have not unlocked the door when it was full open ? This flat is located at 10th floor and totally shielded by traffic noise thanks to a large front garden and a first building located directly on the street ? Internet is not available in the flat, as clearly indicated on the advertisement! This is the reason way you were unable to access ? Entrance fob never had problem and it was perfectly working after your check-out. Anyway traditional keys were in the set keys delivered to you at check-in, and you could use it easily to open the door. No need to get in the building through rear access. Be aware that concierge, Mrs Stefania and myself are always on call for any urgencies.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
