Château St Louis is on the sea front and has a balcony with an amazing view on 4 th floor with lift access.

The studio has just been renovated and is across from the beach.

“Much more than lovely”

Very clean and bright, comfortable studio ,very well equipped. Also a spacious sea and old town view terrace is at Your disposal, as per TV, radio, dvd player, wi-fi. Just a few steps to bus stop, train station and supermarket. Great bakery just next door...In other words...we loved it and we'll surely be back.

“Perfect stay”

This was the second time that we stayed here. We never get bored of the beautiful view - it's my favourite view anywhere. Close to the Italian border so you can walk across on an evening stroll. Excellent train and bus links to Italy, Monaco and further afield. Kevin and his sister Sabrina couldn't be more helpful. We look forward to going back again soon.

Great service and communication from the owner. The apartment is compact but ideal for two people on a short break to this area. Clean and everything you could need. Lovely balcony views towards Italy and Menton. The location is perfect for enjoying Menton's famous citrus festival. Car not needed, well served by bus and train. Great restaurants, shops, supermarket, all within easy walking distance. Would like to see a smoke detector fitted but would otherwise highly recommend.

The appartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The views are stunning, the location great. Close to the station at Menton Garavan where you can get your tickets from a machine on the platform without having to go to Menton main station. We had a great time and hope to return. Met the owners who were lovely, and very helpful.

WE stayed for a week in February in this neat compact appartment about 10 mins walk from Menton The accommandation was a studio apt in a well maintained block of flats with all the equiptment needed especially toaster kettle and microwave oven and DVD but bring english DVD"s A large supermarket opposite near the port 5 mins Also a station called Garavan behind the apartment where you can take a train to Nice /Monaco west and east into Italy Buy your tickets in main station in Menton We visited SAN REMO on a Saturday and the market was on, which was delight you can buy reasonable cashmere jumpers etc along with wonderfull italian foods in the indoor market Also a lovely promenade along the front near the marina is a nice relaxed walk Menton is such a relaxed pretty place with accesed to the mountains even by bus Would recomend this appartment and would return again

How do damage deposits work?
