Ca dels Pins is a luxury modern private villa, overlooking mountains, orange groves and the Mediterranean coastline; within an tranquil and exclusive hillside development in pine forests but within a short drive to the splendid cosmopolitan facilities of historic Gandia and its impressive blue flag beach.
The villa is tastefully decorated and includes everything to make your holiday experience perfect.
Convenient for Valencia and Alicante airports, Gandia has traditionally been the favourite holiday destination of Madrid.
The area is rich in culture and history and is blessed by a near perfect climate. The town has two large commercial centres and most form of sport can be found fom riding to tenpin bowling, from fishing to golf.
Within easy distance are theme and water parks, zoos and safari centres. There are an abundance of restaurants catering for all tastes and budgets.
Particularly attractive are the beautiful semi-tropical gardens include paella and barbecue areas.

The villa comprises of three double bedrooms, three twin bedrooms, a double sofa bed in the second lounge, a travel cot and an extra full-size folding single bed suitable for older children or young adults. There are two large private terrace, fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms (one with jacuzzi bath) with another separate toilet.
There is a good size(8x4 metre) fully filtered, fresh water pool (exclusive use)with ample terrracing, sun-loungers etc. Also there a tennis court on the urbanisation for use of residents but the state of the net is not always as we would wish.....
Being built upon a hillside has many advantages such as views and summer breeze but naturally there are steps. While this is not a problem, we feel it only fair to point out that this would be a problem for people with mobility problems i.e. wheelchairs.
In winter the villa benefits from full radiator central heating whist, in summer, without air-conditioning, the open, hillside location offers a pleasant breeze and the fans are more than adequate.
The private urbanisation is unique to the owners so there are no problems with traffic or security.
Being fully enclosed the vila, parking, pool and gardens are suitable for adults and children alike.
Very reasonably priced for a property of this standard with very friendly resident owners in an adjoining apartment who are there to help you, if you wish, or to leave you in total peace if you don't......

With the recent availability of cheap flights to Valencia, we do not restrict our guests to fixed rental periods (e.g. Saturday to Saturday).

There are no extra charges for central heating, linen or initial/final cleaning.

The decoration is tasteful and will appeal to the discerning family or group. We believe that everything has been provided for your convenience.
Because of it's hillside design, it should be noted that this location is not suitable for the disabled or infirm.
Whilst the pool and gardens are shared, these are only with the resident owners.

Facilities are available for barbecues and paella (instruction available if required.....) parties on the private and shared terraces and patios. The pool is extremely well maintained with sun-loungers etc.

Gandia (home of the Borgias and one of the oldest European universities) is the favourite holiday destination for the people from Madrid. With a combination of rich gastronomy, a cosmopolitan lifestyle, friendly locals and it's famous blue flag beach, it is an ideal destination.

Costa de Valencia

This region has something to offer for everyone. From museums to golf, from theme parks to walks in the charming countryside, we live in a very priviledged zone under a sunny sky in an almost perfect climate.
The Fallas of Valencia in March are internationally known but throughout the year all the local towns and villages have fiestas including 'Moors and Christians'.
As the home of paella, rice and seafood are the principal staples with oranges and grapevines being the prime source of earnings.
