Holiday accommodation on the beach, very bright, overlooking the sea. very calm. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen with utility room, living room. Magnificent terrace. with tempered glass table and comfortable chairs Aluminum chairs plus extras resin. It has air conditioning with heat pump in the dining room. TV in the dining room. At 200 meters from the beach. also it has board games and children. It has a blender with full set of accessories. toaster. extra bed inflatable car xl marriage. with all its endowments mattress covers, sheets, pillows, etc. It has a high chair for small children. also has, on demand, with corresponding folding cot with blankets and pillows, plus set of sheets. and the possibility of a second folding cot. It has a swimming pool, outdoor shower and large green areas with playground for children. It has 2 lifts easily accessible from the garage and from the building entrance. PARKING OPTIONAL. Subject to availability. Cost 40 € / week. We do not rent to groups of young people under 25 years. quiet residential area ideal for families. Sorry but no pets. “One of the best self-catering places in Gandia!”

I stayed in the apartment with my 3 kids and we absolutely loved it! It's close to the beach, has convenient parking, great views and the apartment itself has everything that's needed for a self-catering stay. I've travelled the world and stayed in various places but I must say that this place has THE BEST bedding ever! High quality mattresses with brand new memory foam pillows and super soft blankets were greatly appreciated! The owner has been most helpful with excellent manners (holding umbrella over me as I was walking to his place since it's been pouring rain when we arrived!). Great communication as well both before and during the stay. Highly recommended! Thank you Francisco!

“Gandia stay”

Booked this apartment for a week in Nov , due to having tickets for the Moto gp ! Francisco the owner was very accommodating , allowing us to enter property earlier and leave later than expected. The apartment was in a quiet area but close to all local amenities, the apartment met all our needs and accommodated five people . There was also no added extras I.e bedding , towels etc Would definitely return again Thankyou Francisco

Destacar la antigüedad del apartamento, comprendo q sea para alquilar pero eso no significa abandonarlo y q no se tengan q renovar, sustituir y modernizar las cosas. A mi me dio la sensació… More

Owner's reply: Es cierto. El edificio tiene unos 30 años. Pero solo presenta unos desconchados en la pintura de la fachada. Algún pequeño desperfecto en el borde de la puerta de acceso al edificio. El 90% de los apartamentos del edificio son para uso y disfrute de sus propietarios, y pocos han sido remodelados como el nuestro. El resto de las zonas comunes, está bastante bien mantenido. No menciona los ascensores, que se han sustituido por modelos de la gama alta, en el último año. Sentimos que se haya llevado esa impresión. No ha sido nuestra intención, todo lo contrario. Es la primera vez que nos ha sucedido esto. El apartamento es tal cual se muestra en las fotos.
